Located in The SeaMist Condos with Beach Boardwalk and Pool. No Pets.

Come stay in The Little Grass Shack. This ground floor condo is located very close to the beach in Seamist (was Sand and Surf ) Condominuims . Assigned parking is just in front of your patio. The beach is about 200 yards away over a wooden boardwalk.
After a day at the beach you can relax and have a cocktail on the porch and enjoy the ocean breeze. The condo is very close to town and is the perfect place for your family's vacation needs.1 assigned parking space. No Boats or Trailers

Seamist Condominiums is a small complex and is in a great location for the beach and downtown Port Aransas and is still in a quiet area away from the busy parts of town. A nearby wooden boardwalk allows safe access to the Beach. 1 assigned parking space. No Boats or Trailers. Non Smoking complex. Sleeps up to 4. (including children)

This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.


Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.

Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.

We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.

Wonderful Staying!!!

Love the fact that the boardwalk was walking distance..very accessible to the beach.and the swimming pool just in the back of our condo...too bad our staying was in the winter time.

Great location close to shopping as well as beach. Very cute & clean! Host was great. We were set to arrive around 12:30 am, she had no problem with that & met me for check in. She was very responsive & helpful with questions through the whole reservation process.

The place was cute and just the size we needed. The location was great and easy to find. The accommodations worked perfectly the three of us. The only issue was the place did smell of smoke and there was no air freshener to make it better. The smell irritated are allergies.

Perfect. Clean and upgraded with quality, useful and tasteful furnishings. Kitchen was adequately supplied and being able to take a short walk to the beach was very nice also.

Nice small place with everything you need

Small place with a large bed, and a pull out couch. Kitchen has everything you need. Theres a washer and dryer, which is a must. Has a good sized pool for when you have enough of the waves. We will be back!

Wonderful place! Corner unit was very nicely done with everything you need. Having a washer & dryer was also great. Size of unit was perfect. Location fabulous as in town and within easy quick walking distance to the beach. Our favorite things were dolphin watching at Roberts Point Park, walking on the beach and coffee at Coffee Waves. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We cannot wait to return and hope the Little Grass Shack is available again!

Roomy Condo

This property was roomy enough for our family of four to spread out and store our gear nicely out of our way. Loved having a pool out the back door and the boardwalk to the beach out the front. Vehicular access to beach was also very close. Having a washing machine and dryer on a beach vacation is a must & that made a big difference. We can’t wait to return to this property next time!

The Map on the website shows the exact location of the Seamist Condos and the pic of the boardwalk is the exact picture of the boardwalk. We don't see how that can be deceiving. Very Cozy and Clean. I loved sitting on front porch and listening to the waves at the Beach. We ended up having to leave 2 days earlier because my Husband was having medical issues. But, we will be back and will try to get this same unit.

4th of July in Port A

Clean, nice little condo that was great for two adults and 1 grandkid. It was pretty quiet as well. Everything was in working order and well maintained. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Pool was a nice size and not crowded the afternoons we used it. We did not use the boardwalk, but could see it from the front door of the condo. Mattress on the king size bed was a bit uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great beach access and nice neighborhood. Not super fancy but we spent all our time on the beach. The dish washer was packed when we got there and we didn’t have any paper towels left for us. (Usually do) check out was easy I’d like to see a complimentary dish soap, shampoo, and laundry detergent Overall very happy

Good- proximity to the beach, fully stocked kitchen, full size appliances and. W/D Bad- immediate smell of smoke upon arrival in the condo, mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom , very loud neighbors “partying” which was not what we had hoped for with a family friendly condo.

Your visit was over the Spring Break time frame and while we try to remain family friendly in our rentals, unfortunately, we cannot control who the neighbors rent to. A good stay

We stayed July 2021 with 2 adults and a toddler. It was a reasonable price and just the amount of space for us. We were able to cook in the kitchen. Just need to bring your own paper towels, dish soap, and sponge. Also toilet paper because they provide 1 roll. The bed was very comfy and roomy being King Size. The front and back doors were very convenient. Parking spot located directly in front of door made it very easy and convenient to access vehicle. We loved the boardwalk to the beach. A quick walk past a few homes and then a walk over the boardwalk. Overall it was great for the price!
