About this property

Apartment with community pool in L'Escala located about 600m from the beach

Apartment + - 45 m2 with community pool, garden.
Located about 600 m from the beach and shops Riells.
Located on the first floor (no elevator) easily accessible.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

Inside: Kitchen, dining / living room, 2 doubles bedrooms, bathroom + wc,

Outside: Terrace whit table and chairs, enclosed communal garden, community pool, outside shower.

Free parking in front of the community and in the street.

The price of the rent is determined according to the time of the year and for a maximum number of people.

50% will be paid upon booking of the accommodation and 50% will be paid a maximum one month before the stay.

Payments will be made by card online.

Pets : NO

The caution: 300 €, will be given at the reception of the keys of the house. (Check or card)

The cleaning of the day of exit is not included in the price of the hiring, it is optional: 60 €. (cash)

Possibility to rent beds linens and towels.

Included in the price are water, electricity and gas.

L'appartement mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Des choses simples pourraient être mise en place comme la vaisselle à compléter (bouilloire, plateau, dessus de lit pour égayer. Néanmoins, l'ensemble est correct, nous avons apprécié le beau jardin fleuri , ainsi que la piscine. Le quartier est calme et c'est facile pour se garer. l'Escala est un village très agréable.
