About the apartment and the residential

This is a split level apartment with a spectacular rooftop terrace with private picuzzi! On the first level there is the master bedroom with a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom, a secondary bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom that serves the secondary bedroom and the guests. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including kitchenware for up to 8 people.

On the second level of the apartment, which is accessed through a spiral staircase on the terrace, you will find a barbecue area, a solarium, an extra bathroom and a spectacular area with a private Picuzzi. Ideal for entertaining or just relaxing with a drink!

Bed linen and towels are custom made for us from the highest quality cotton.
In the bathrooms, we place a welcome pack so you don't have to worry about it on your first night. Shower gel, shampoo, liquid soap and toilet paper are provided to help you through your first day so you can relax.
We offer air conditioning in all areas, as well as ceiling fans. Smart TV's with IPTV system in the room and main room and Wi-Fi service included in the rental cost.
The residential has security and surveillance cameras 24 hours. We also have a shared swimming pool for adults, a children's pool and a barbecue area.

The Los Corales area is the best known in Bávaro Punta Cana, with more than 50 restaurants within walking distance of the residential area that will guarantee you an excellent culinary experience and always an activity to do at night.

The electricity service is paid separately and is NOT included in the rent. We will take an electric meter reading at check-in and check-out and then calculate the cost of energy based on consumption. If you use the A/C only at night, the costs should be approximately as follows:

1 room from 5 to 10 dollars per day.
2 rooms from 8 to 15 dollars per day.
3 rooms from 11 to 20 dollars per day.
