The beautiful, gourmet kitchen is a dream ~ outfitted with modern stainless appliances; upgraded cabinetry with an abundance of storage space; a large pantry; granite/stone counter tops and fabulous breakfast bar. The living area is tastefully furnished with an oversized sofa and love seat combo, large flat screen TV and nautical décor. The master and guest bathrooms both have custom designed vanities, modern fixtures and stunning, glass vessel sinks. The master walk-in shower boasts large, "eye-catching" tile and dual shower heads. Kick back and relax with afternoon cocktails on the condo's large balcony with family and/or friends drinking in the peacefulness of the island and delighting in the never-ending activity on Boca Ciega Bay ~ sailboats, shorebirds, dolphins and Isla's spectacular sunsets. Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented the same property for 8 years only to find out upon arrival that we could not rent it for 2023 because they had a 3 month renter for 2023. It would have been nice if the rental company would have let us know that earlier so that we could have made earlier alternate arrangements for 2023. As it was, their notification upon arrival put us in a “scramble mode” for next year. We were successful, but with more difficulty than necessary.

Christmas in Paradise

We checked in on Christmas Eve without any issues and communication from the property manager was always immediate and very friendly. The unit was beautiful and clean. The only issue we did not like is we had to go buy all the basic necessities like dishwasher detergent, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. We thought those kinds of things would've been provided like in an extended stay. Other than that, we would probably book again if we decide to stay in the same area.

Great Vacation Spot

The condo was clean and exactly as pictured. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Great location, close to shops, restaurants, and many beaches.
