Flat roof house with 1 ground floor of 84 m2 and 1 floor of 80 m2.
It is located 20 km from Europaprk, 20 minutes from Selestat, 45 minutes from Strasbourg, and 35 minutes from Colmar.

The ground floor is composed of an equipped kitchen, a laundry room, 1 bathroom with WC and walk-in shower, a bedroom of 10m2 and a large living room of 50m2.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms of 14 m2, one of 9 m2 with television, one of 11m2, a dressing room of 16m2 and a bathroom with WC, walk-in shower, 2-person spa bath with television.

There are 4 large double beds of 180x200, 2 single beds and a convertible sofa.

You have a courtyard that can park 4 cars, a 40m2 terrace overlooking the 2ares garden and an unheated swimming pool.

Bed linen, towels and household products are included in the price per night.

An additional 80 euros is required for cleaning and a deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival.

The house is fully equipped to accommodate 12 people, the coffee maker is a Senséo, there are two hairdryers, hangers, plaids, as well as a basic kit for your arrival (water, coffee, tea, sugar, condiments , toilet paper, paper towel and handkerchiefs).

Im großen und ganzen gut, Pool war toll. Aber verschiedene Sachen nachbesserungs würdig ( Töpfe / Induktion ) Reinigung / Küche,Grill nicht sauber, Garten könnte gepflegter sein. Übergabe hätte besser funktionieren müssen keine Einweisung in Whirlpool, Fernseher,Aber im allgemeinen ein tolles Haus für Familien mit Kindern

Hier hat einfach alles gestimmt! Das Ferienhaus ist ein absoluter Traum. Die Wohnung war super sauber, die Einrichtung top und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool war fantastisch und wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Auch die Lage ist exakt so, wie beschrieben – einfach gut und praktisch für alle Ausflüge. Wir sind rundum begeistert und danken für die tolle Zeit!

Superbe séjour en Alsace pour nos 3 familles réunies dans cette grande maison très fonctionnelle. Le logement est parfaitement équipé et ménage à l'arrivée était impeccable. Olivier a répondu rapidement à nos demandes et nous avons pu profiter des espaces intérieurs et extérieurs pour de très bons moments tous ensemble. Un sans fautes !

Eine Zumutung! Wir haben gemeldet, dass die Hälfte der Töpfe auf dem Induktionsherd nicht funktioniert. Dass das Erdgeschoss de facto nicht beheizt werden kann. Dass das Haus in einem vernachlässigten und schmutzigen Zustand vermietet wird. Dass die Elektroinstallation teilweise gefährlich ist. Der Herd ist schmutzig und defekt, das Tiefkühlfach ist ekelhaft. Es fehlen Lampen. An der Decke hängen Spinnweben. Die Wände sind rissig und wurden ewig nicht renoviert. Der Garten sieht aus wie eine Müllhalde.

Merci beaucoup pour votre appréciation. Lorsqu'on a un logement insalubre, on le quitte dans la foulée. On ne s'installe pas en prenant un abonnement payant sur les chaînes allemandes. ( Même si c'est bien sûr pas vous malgré le mail orange qui le prouve). Vous devez être un sacré expert immobilier pour ne pas comprendre qu'il n'y a pas de joint autour de la grille de douche afin de pouvoir la déboucher après chaque location à cause des cheveux. Un logement presque pas chauffée avec 4 radiateurs ? Une plaque de cuisson ne marchant pas ??? Peut être il aurait été judicieux de ne pas me mettre dehors lors de l'entrée du gîte afin d'écouter et de comprendre comment fonctionne l'électro ménager. Le terrain fait deux ares, pourquoi ne pas montrer la totalité du terrain qui est utiliser et pas ce coté là où on ne peut rien faire !!!! Vous remarquez l'oxydation d'une poignée de meuble mais vous n'êtes pas capable de ne pas brûler une nappe avec vos bougies .... La bouilloire a été detartré le lendemain comme vous le l'avez exigé par sms.... Vous avez été frustré que je vous fasse remarquer que l'abonnement des chaînes n'etait pas correct ... Si vraiment la maison était insalubre les autres voyageurs avant et après vous auraient aussi signalé peut être.....

Schönes großes Haus im Grünen

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und alles hat wie besprochen geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Der Pool war wunderbar als Abkühlung. Das einzige war, dass es sehr warm war, auch im Haus und man wegen der Mücken die Fenster in der Nacht nicht wirklich aufmachen wollte.

Großes Ferienhaus für einen Familienausflug mit drei Generationen

Schönes großzügiges Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool. Leider Abweichungen bei der Übersetzung auf Deutsch, weshalb zusätzliche ungeplante Kosten angefallen sind. Sehr netter Gastgeber und ausführliche Einweisung auf Englisch.

Maison moderne proche de Sélestat, idéale pour grande famille

La maison est moderne, fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Le salon et la salle à manger sont bien décorés. Les chambres et salles de bain sont spacieuses, avec un grand dressing. L’accueil des propriétaires est chaleureux, ils sont disponibles pour donner des conseils et bonnes adresses à visiter. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine pendant cette période de Noël.

Superbe maison au calme

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cette maison très spacieuse, confortable et propre. Les équipements sont de très bonne qualité. Les lits sont très grands et les 2 salles de bains sont magnifiques. Elle est située dans un secteur calme ce qui est très agréable. Les propriétaires sont juste au top : sympathiques, accueillants, très gentils et disponibles. Nous conseillions vivement cette location et nous gardons l'adresse pour revenir avec grand plaisir. Merci encore à Olivier d'avoir tout fait pour que l'on puisse être les premières à inaugurer la piscine chauffée. Merci à Clara pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité et surtout merci à Ana pour la visite au top qu'elle nous à fait. Nous espérons vraiment vous revoir...

Week-end de rêve

Nous sommes arrivés jeudi vers 17h00 et avons été accueilli par les propriétaires des gens gentils accueillant sympas. Leur maison est juste magnifique elle a été faites avec goût. Tout est fait dans cette maison pour que vous soyez que se soit le grand salon/sejour le canapé immense la table pour manger la cuisine ou on peut-être plusieurs les 2 frigos Les chambres aussi sont très bien conçue et les lits sont littéralement des nuages vous vous installez dedans vous ne voulez plus en sortir rajouter a ça la couette qui vous sert a de cocon c’est le top Les 2 salles de bain sont magnifiques dont l’une avec une balnéothérapie, c’est un délice de pouvoir après une bonne journée profitez d’un bain massant pour sa détendre Le dressing qui est juste à côté pour contenter tout le monde sans exception. Un grand merci au propriétaire de nous avoir fait confiance et confier leur maison pendant cette 4 jours Nous reviendrons c’est sur et cette fois ci nous piquerons une tête dans votre piscine 😉

Très bon séjour, maison tout confort idéalement situé pour visiter Colmar, Strasbourg et Europapark.

Très belle maison, très spacieuse pour accueillir 2 familles. Les enfants ont apprécié la piscine. Je recommande cette maison pour des vacances reposante.
