Island Shores is a family-friendly beachfront resort that is within walking distance of fine-dining, shopping and concert/festival venues. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. Two parking passes are included in your quoted price and will be delivered to your condo before you arrive. PLEASE NOTE: Onsite parking is limited to 1 parking pass per condo during Hangout Fest, Memorial Weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend and Shrimp Festival.
3. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
4. Pets are NOT allowed.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Easy Beach Access

Having a unit on the 1st floor proved to be easy to get items in and out of the condo and to the beach. The boardwalk was also short, making beach access easier than any other beach stay I've have had before. My teens absolutely loved the area too with shopping and dining right out of the condo

Great condo, plenty of room for 4 adults. Great location, in the middle of all shopping and restaurants and easy to get to Orange Beach. Short walk to the beach from the condo. We will be back and hope to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the location, It was decorated just like the pictures and the access to the beach was perfect! We would stay here again on our next visit to Gulf Shores. The only tip I could give is to make sure you have extra toilet paper and paper towels because the one set they provide is not enough and also maybe bring some sort of cleaner since there was nothing there to wipe stuff down with.

Everything was nice and exactly how it was described. Another water hose at the beach access would be nice as well as rinsed off routinely. The walkways stayed sandy all the time with a thick layer of sand. Overall great location and spot. Will definitely try to stay there again.

Loved the location and the convenience of this place! Listing pictures are out of date. The countertops and flooring have been updated. And the glass out the balcony is sliding glass doors. Beach outside the condo was perfect!

Gulf Shores Vacation

Loves the room, there were items in every door and drawer and behind things that we could use on the beach or the pool. It was homey and comfortable, nice decorations. Soft blankets. Just wish the washer and dryer was in each room and there were some outside facility to use restroom or wash up.

If your main goal is to go to the beach and pool, this condo is perfect! It’s a first-floor unit right next to the pool. It made going to and from the beach super easy because we didn’t have to wait for elevators or climb stairs (big plus!). The unit is a little on the small side. We had three people in the condo and it didn’t impact our stay but we did shift the dining table to give us a little more room to walk around. Overall it was a great stay and super convenient. Thank you for having us!

Great place. Only problem I had was the washer and dryer. Listing made it sound like it was in the condo. Coin machine didn’t work, the credit card part wouldn’t work. Bring your own quarters! Loved the readily available ice( pay with card)

The condo was right on the beach which was exactly what we wanted. We had a few problems that were quickly handled by the property owners. They immediately responded when we had questions. The condo was well furnished and nicely decorated. The one downfall was that we had a first floor condo so our view of the beach was mostly blocked by the big sand dunes. Other than that. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Location Location Location

We hadn't been back to the beach in 8 years and in Gulf Shores since 2010. You could WALK to literally any of the famous places you hear about, beach stores, etc. The first floor unit was incredibly conveninent, HOWEVER, do want to tell you the view from your balcony is 80% sand dunes. That was really my only regret. Wish I had a higher level unit to enjoy the view on the balcony.

Spring Break Stay

The couch and 2 chairs were very dirty we didn't even sit in the chairs because they were so dirty and it is false advertising on the condo having a washer and dryer because it did not have it's own. They were in a room where you enter the beach plus you had to pay foe both. Such an inconvenience for as much as you pay to stay here.

Week experience

We enjoyed every second of the week even though weather was iffy at times... we made the most of it! Nothing id really change pr that can be really changed. We would have liked to grill out because we arent much into sharing a grill but we made it to several nearby restaurants. Maybe a warmer pool like some other hotel/condos. The access to the beach and use of the washer/dryer was great! The laundry basket needs updated lol but we made it work when we had to. Some of the outlets didnt work it seemed. The beds were great as the shower and other amenities. The view we had was great and overall we enjoyed Island Shores!
