Lavish accommodations in the only gated community on the Seven Springs Resort in the Laurel Highlands of Western Pennsylvania! Ski in ski out access off the back deck! With a private ski lift for the gated community, free resort shuttle service, and access to the Southwinds recreation center featuring a large outdoor pool, hot tub, game room and fitness center, this is a prime location for a getaway any time of year!

Large three bedroom, three bath town home provides an open floor plan with flat screen TVs, two gas fireplaces, granite counter tops, central AC for summer comfort and plenty of sleeping accommodations. The entry level has a single car garage. The second level offers the living room, dining area, kitchen, one bedroom with full bunk beds that and one full bath. Located on the top level, the master suite features a King size bed, gas fireplace, a luxurious master bath with tiled walk-in shower, large bath tub for relaxing and his and her sinks. The top level also features a second bedroom with 2 queen beds and additional full bathroom.

Resort activities for the winter adventurer include skiing, sleigh rides, snowmobile and snowshoe tours, and snow tubing. Indoor activities include bowling, miniature golf, roller skating, game room, swimming, relaxing in a hot tub or enjoying the spa. For warmer weather outdoor lovers there's golf, zipline tours, mountain biking, alpine slide and tower, disc golf, fishing and chairlift rides.

Whether hitting the slopes, relaxing or enjoying all the indoor and outdoor adventures nearby, this property is a great location to host a getaway any time of year!

We stayed there Thurs. -Sunday. The location was great and we really enjoyed staying there! The host was quick to respond. The check in was very simple and place was clean. There were a few minor things during our stay which is the only reason I rated 4 stars. The fireplace in the bedroom didn’t work and the bottom was open exposing wires. Also, the dishwasher did not wash well. Most times I had to rewash the dishes and a couple times the door popped open in the middle of the drying cycle. When we first got there the smoke detector was beeping like the battery was low, but there were no batteries to replace. The place was great, host was great. The ski in- ski out was amazing and It was also nice having shuttle to take us to and from main resort. I would definitely stay there again!

The house is very nice and the neighborhood is my favorite at Seven Springs. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. My only complaint is that the lift to Southwind was down (and has been down for months) and all the runs in Southwind were closed and not groomed. In my opinion this changes the value of the rental as it is not the same ski in/ski out experience that I like to have and that I pay extra for. Had I known this ahead of time I would’ve probably booked a different house in a different area. Although that one area was a disappointment the home was very nice and our family had a good time! Thank you for sharing your home.

Perfect for our ski trip. Clean, well stocked and ample room! Would definitely rent again. Only issue was the lift that enables ski in was not working; however you could ski out!!

Perfect location with access to slopes.

Overall a great stay, however, the bath water in one bathroom was yellow and some of the dishes had to be washed prior to use as they were in the cabinet dirty.

Stephanie thanks for staying with us and we apologize about a few dishes were dirty bad sometimes the previous tenants do dishes and they do not notice them when they put them away. We are now cleaning all prior to the next tenant. As far as the water the water company worked on the water main break that weak and the lines were not fully flushed. We strive to be a 5 STAR listing and sometimes small things we can not control. We are glad you did enjoy your stay

We had a fantastic family skiing trip! House was top notch and very clean! Location was awesome - very easy to ski in and out! Had everything we needed!! Wonderful place for a winter/ski vacation

This is our third year staying here and we keep coming back for many reasons. Just enough room and nice baths for our crowd. Wifi, Netflix, Hulu, etc and nice kitchen. It truly is ski-in/ski-out - many places advertise this but are not truly SI/SO.
