Superb apartment in the center of Valmorel resort

This 39m² apartment in the building 'Le Morel', able to accommodate up to six people, is at the foot of the slopes and two steps (50 meters) from the pedestrian street of Bourg with its bars, restaurants and shops .

The departure of the Altispace chairlift is also 50 meters - in front of the apartment. For children, the club 'piou piou' is on the other side of the street behind the apartment. However the apartment is quiet. Located on the ground floor level there is only one neighboring studio on this level.

The apartment includes:
• Nice living room with 'BZ' sofa bed, fireplace, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD, mini HiFi. round wooden table with six chairs. Balcony west facing with views of the Altispace and the mountain.
• Independent kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, hob, microwave, storage and cutlery.
• Independent room for four people (high double bed with two single beds underneath), two cupboards
• Bathroom with bath / shower and washbasin
• Independent WC
• Entrance hall with cupboards

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben, die Bilder in der Anzeige geben die Wohnung getreu wieder. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Die absolut kurzen Fußwege zur Piste und ins kleine Zentrum sind perfekt. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder anmieten.

Apparemment correct mais très limitée sur la montagne, emplacement à côté de la rue principale et du télécabine de Planchant sur lequel la vue est imprenable de l’appart ! Par ailleurs, station très agréable avec sorties raquettes accompagnées très sympas avec Florent.

Bon emplacement.

Appartement cosy, propre et bien équipé à proximité de toutes commodités cependant très gros bémol non précisé sur l'annonce à savoir que le parking est payant (3h gratuite puis entre 2/3 euros de l'heure) les parkings alentours sont aussi payant. La seul parking gratuit est en contrebas de la station à 1.2km non accessible à pied car il fait marcher le long de la route. Il y a une navette gratuite qui vous remonte à la station et vous descendra pour récupérer votre véhicule... Un très mauvais point qui n'a pas été précisé et qui peut gonfler le budget ou alors vous ne disposerez pas de votre véhicule en cas de nécessité ou si vous avez une urgence en pleine nuit. Nous aurions pu poser les questions à la propriétaire si elle nous avait contacté mais nous sommes restés sans réponse à nos mails et à nos appels et avons été contacté la veille de notre arrivée par une autre personne.. un manque de communication manifeste mais par chance pas de problème à signaler dans l'appartement. Aussi la cheminée n'est pas fonctionnelle avec des bûches mais fonctionne à l'éthanol ça aussi non précisé et très dommage quand vous sélectionnez cheminée dans les critères de recherche. Le lit dépliant du salon est à ressort donc il grince et il très bruyant. Et pour finir pour ce qui est de l'insonorisation on repassera.

Appartement idéalement situé au pied des pistes et à proximité immédiate des commerces. Intérieur joliment décoré, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Communication avec les propriétaires facile (très réactifs aux mails). Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances et nous recommandons vivement cette location!

Emplacement formidable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l’appartement est équipé comme il se doit, spacieux et avec une terrasse. Un emplacement idéal aux pieds de l’altipasse, plein centre du bourg, restaurants, bars, boulangeries, épiceries, location de matériel et je recommande sport 2000 et le restaurant le petit prince et juste à côté pour boire un verre le midi et le soir le jimbo lolo avec les balançoires. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et à l’écoute. Je recommande!

Très bel appartement très bien décoré,ski au pieds et au centre du bourg .nous y allons tous les ans depuis 4 ans. De plus cette année les propriétaires ont été très reconnaissant et réactifs suite au ménage qui n’avait pas été fait par les anciens locataires.sans hésitation nous y retournerons l’année prochaine.

L’appartement est très bien, en bon état, à proximité du bourg. De ce côté rien à dire. En revanche, la communication a été compliquée … Tout a commencé avec le fait que nous devions payer 15€ pour récupérer les clés après 19:00 sans que cela soit stipulé dans l’annonce. Ensuite, nous n’avons jamais eu l’adresse de l’appartement. Il a fallu qu’on le cherche mais en vain (forcément parmi une cinquantaine d’appartements c’est compliqué !) pour ensuite avoir enfin la propriétaire au téléphone (qui a été très gentille). Une fois rentrés dans l’appartement, il n’y avait pas le courant, le frigo était débranché, la poubelle de la salle de bain non vidée des précédents locataires et le ménage laissait à désirer … il restait des jeux d’enfants un peu partout dans l’appartement (playmobil, billes, fraises tagada, …). Et ensuite aucune instruction pour remettre les clés à la fin de notre séjour. En bref lappart est très bien, très agréable mais la communication est à revoir absolument.
