Spacious house with 2 large bedrooms. One of 42m2 with a 160 bed, a convertible sofa that can be used as sleeping for 1 person, television

A second bedroom, 140 bed plus a baby bed
For children: a travel cot, a high chair, a deckchair and a child's bathtub.
PLEASE NOTE: children are under the responsibility of the parents upstairs because there is no guard at the window !!

The living room is a large fitted kitchen open to the dining room.
A spacious and very cocooning lounge welcomes you for your evenings. In this living room there is also a very comfortable additional BZ sofa that can accommodate

Very large bathroom with two sinks and walk-in shower.

The house has a green area of 3000m2 enclosed and closed by an electric gate

You can let your children play while you can prepare a barbecue in peace.

Your pets are welcome.

LE PAL leisure park is about 15 km away,
The Jean BRUN karting circuit is about 7/8 km away
The house is located between Vichy (spa) and Moulins: about 30 km from each city.
