Private entrance, spacious living room and dining area, full-sized kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, central air conditioning, high speed WiFi, professional quality exercise equipment, outdoor furniture and barbecue.

Pheasant Hill Carriage House is cheerful, spacious and bright, with a great view of the yard and gardens. The large view windows let in an abundance of light even on dark rainy days.

Pheasant Hill Carriage House is in a quiet spacious neighborhood that is conveniently located within walking distance of Starbuck’s, New Seasons (full service grocery and deli) Chase Bank, Postal Annex, and Yodelish Frozen Yogurt. It is a 3-minute drive to downtown Lake Oswego, 12-minutes to downtown Portland, and 30-minutes to Portland International Airport.

Perfect Fit with Perfect Hosts

We could not have found a better fit! Very close to our daughter and the perfect hostess for our stay! Cindy was such a gracious and friendly hostess. It was truly like visiting family❣️ Quiet family neighborhood and minutes from everything in Lake Oswego, OR Our only caution is to anyone who would have difficulty with stairs, but it worked perfectly for us.
