"Duplex apartment 4P of 90 mÂČ, located on the 3rd floor, capable of accommodating up to 11 people.

It has a private covered parking space (with electric charging) and a ski locker.

The sleeping arrangements are organised as follows, bedroom 1: Nested sofa beds 2x80, bedroom 2: 1x140, bedroom 3: 2x80 (bunk beds) + 1x90, sleeping area 1: 2x80 (bunk beds), sleeping area 2: 2x80 (bunk beds)

The apartment has three bathrooms, one with a bathtub, two with showers.

The kitchen is equipped with the following items: Senseo pod coffee maker, Kettle, Teapot, Toaster, Microwave, Oven, Raclette maker, Plancha, Minute cocotte pressure cooker, 3 induction hob rings, Dishwasher, Washing machine.

The apartment also includes 1 TV, a wifi connection and benefits from a balcony with SOUTH/EAST SLOPES exposure.

Pets are not accepted and the apartment is non-smoking. Sheets and towels are not provided by default. This is an additional service offered by the agency.

The residence is located at the foot of the slopes next to the Chamois ski lift, 5 minutes walk from the resort centre.

In winter, ski return at the doorstep, the ESF is 10 minutes walk away.

In summer, mountain bike activity is accessible with the same ski lift, many hiking trails and an aquatic centre open during school holiday periods.

The spa is nearby and accessible during the winter season.

The Granges bar brasserie restaurant ""Le Kaktuss"" welcomes you all day during the seasons.

Excellent location and very spacious

The property is very well presented and spotlessly clean. There was plenty of space for our group (4 individual adults). The property is right beside one of the slope so is perfect for skiing or biking. Prapoutel is small but very charming. Everything we needed during our stay was available within the resort. We'll definitely be back soon 🙂

Chouette apparemment, par contre pas adaptée pour 10 personnes pour le local à skis et le rangement de chaussures d aprÚs ski dans l appartement car pas d autorisation deles laisser dans le couloir.Mais hormis cela, appartement tres chouette et bein expose.

TrĂšs bel appartement, agrĂ©able, spacieux et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Toutefois le canapĂ© convertible est extrĂȘmement inconfortable, et d’ailleurs pourquoi un convertible dans cette chambre plutĂŽt qu’un vrai lit ? Autrement cet appartement est vraiment bien. Changer le convertible par un vrai lit.

TrĂšs lumineux, spacieux et bien Ă©quipĂ© dotĂ© d’une terrasse bien exposĂ©e permettant de profiter pleinement du soleil jusqu’à son coucher. Pas d’isolation phonique entre espace jour et espace nuit. La pose d’une porte coulissante serait idĂ©ale pour prĂ©server les espaces lits superposĂ©s des nuisances sonores.

Spacieux, bon emplacement

Notre sĂ©jour, bien qu'Ă©courtĂ© par la crise Covid19, s'est bien passĂ©. L'Ă©quipe de l'agence a Ă©tĂ© Ă  l'Ă©coute et s'est adaptĂ©e face Ă  la situation avec une possibilitĂ© de remboursement en accord avec le propriĂ©taire. Le logement est trĂšs bien, mĂȘme Ă  12. Bonne exposition du sĂ©jour avec un balcon largement ensoleillĂ©. Logement trĂšs proche des pistes, quasiment skis au pied en fonction de l'enneigement. Nous reviendrons probablement.!
