Remodeled Lake House with Dock on Deep part of Lake - Great for Families!

Lakefront house on DEEP PART OF LAKE (Dock is always in the water), located directly across Briarcliff Marina and around the corner from Emerald Boat Ramp, which is currently open.

Sleeps 12 people comfortably in 5 bedrooms which includes 1 bunk rooms with 2 twin bunks and 2 queen bunks, 2 rooms with king beds, 2 with queen beds and has 3 bathrooms. Water view in 3 of the bedrooms, dining and living rooms. There's a laundry room, large yard, bbq area and deck with a view of the lake.

First floor of the house is all garage and has a ping pong table, foosball table, corn hole and lots of seating.

MONTHLY DISCOUNTS available November through March. Ask Owner in your inquiry.

Available boat slip is 12'3x36’ and has high clearance. Closest boat ramp is around the corner on Emerald St. See Mockingbird by the Lake on Instagram.

3 NIGHT MINIMUM REQUIRED FOR HOLIDAY BOOKINGS.

There is Deposit Insurance or a Deposit required for any damages and we do require a copy of your current ID.

MUST BE 35 YEARS+ TO BOOK. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, NO SMOKING, NO PETS!!! Owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation or end the stay early if any of these conditions are violated. Lago Vista has a 10pm noise curfew and we love and respect our neighbors.

Love the lake 😍

View at the lake house was absolutely amazing to the lake, the home was filled with alot of fun activities for all ages, we all slept so well on the beautiful spacious beds, you cant get better quality of mattress, bedding and pillows. Smart TVs were a plus and very much appreciated. You will be amazed with the front porch

Fantastic house

Alma and Jake were fantastic hosts. This house has everything you need for a great vacation. Well equipt and well cared for. We have rented a lot of vrbos over the years and really appreciate the little touches. They have done a great job in helping guests enjoy there stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfection!

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully remodeled home! All of the rooms are very spacious and the well stocked kitchen made our stay extra relaxing. We enjoyed the beautiful patio with coffee in the mornings and had a few friendly games of ping pong in the evenings. This is a very peaceful place which was perfect for our family gathering. Thanks for the great communication throughout the booking process! We will be back!

Family Thanksgiving

The property is very well appointed and comfortable for a family gathering. The kitchen was well stocked and has two ovens and microwaves which was great for cooking a large meal. The bedrooms are very comfortable with high quality linens and bedding. The bathrooms are well-stocked with high quality towels. The porch is a great place to relax and enjoy the sunset over the water. The dock is covered and has lighting for night time fishing. This is a great property for a family gathering.

Amazing Place and Owner

This is a great property. We have stayed there twice and the owner really does all the nice things to make the trip special. We love this house. The only negative is the boat dock is a hike but that is not the owner's fault. The property is one of the few that has a dock and lets you use it for your boat. And to be fair the lake is receding making the walk farther. We will keep staying there as long as she will have us and keep praying for rain!!

Don't miss out on this great place

The house, property and overall experience was great! We had everything and more that we needed for cooking. The games were an additional bonus. The deer roaming the yard and neighborhood were exciting to see. The view from the porch was a great place for coffee in the morning and sunsets in the evening. You can tell that the owners take pride in their property and by all means, they should. Interaction with Alma was very pleasant.

Phenomenal Host & House

We used the home for four families to reunite after leaving the military almost a decade ago. Most of us now had kids and we needed a large house to hold everyone comfortably. The home truly felt like you were living in luxury. The master bathroom could be featured on tv shows. The cabinets were stocked with plenty of quality cookware and dining ware. They even went so far as to save cheaper takeout type tupperware so if guests needed to take something when they left the house, they could. Before arriving, the host asked the necessary questions to make sure we had everything we needed. We brought a boat so they got us a guest pass for the boat ramp and suggested which ramp to use because others had flaws with the water level being as low as it was when we visited. They had a nice dock with great access to cool places on the lake like cow creek cove or the marine & lighthouse restaurant which was directly across the lake. With water levels changing, they had someone come adjust the dock for us mid stay and were always easily reachable throughout our stay. When we were ready to walk out of the house, for the first time, the dishwasher wouldn't start. When I tried pushing the start button a little harder, my finger went right through the plastic covering the button. After this, the dishwasher for sure needed repair if it didn't already. I explained what happened and they were very understanding. They even refunded my deposit & I wouldn't have blamed them if they didn't.

Amazing home. Perfect for large families.

This home was an amazing property. The decor and cleanliness were equivalent to a 5-star hotel. We had a group of 10 family members stay over Thanksgiving and had a lovely time. The kitchen was well appointed with all the cooking tools, dishes, cookware, and even two ovens and two microwaves. It was perfect for a big family feast! The location is across from the lake and about 15 minutes from the closest grocery store. Not many nearby restaurants, but that was okay for our group. Alma was a great host who communicated clearly and promptly with any questions we had. We will definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again in the future.

We were in town for a wedding. Decided to extend stay a night to catch up with friends. Property is updated and very comfortable. Loved the views from the front porch. Lot's of deer and other wildlife. Our stay was one night, but definately would be nice to return and stay longer. Awesome property.

Very nice place

Place was clean and well maintained. Very good location and having the boat slip was awesome although being across the street it was a long walk. Some of that is lake level which also left you wading water to the boat slip. But that is just Lake Travis. The place was really nice and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home with plenty of room and the rooms were all good size. We were also able to fit two boats in one drive way. The kitchen and dining area was very big with plenty of room.

best girls weekend

We loved our time at Alma’s house. The pictures do not do it justice. The beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything we could need. The lake view was stunning. Our group had a difficult time finding Uber’s/Lyfts from the location, but we were able to use a cab company. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip!

Simply Amazing!!

This was an amazing house! Me and my family had a great time! The host was easy to contact and the house had lots of room for our guest of 10! The lake and its views was the highlight of the trip! We had a hard time getting an Uber in that area so I would recommend reserving car service for any planned activities. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place for a nice quiet, relaxing get away! We will be back! Thanks to Knights for letting us renting this beautiful home!
