The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025, for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation Deck renovation project.

This 7th floor condo has a great view of the 6th floor pool deck and is only 3 blocks away from the world-famous Waikiki Beach! This unit comes with a fully furnished kitchen which includes a full-sized refrigerator, stove-range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the kitchen supplies you will need to have an at home cooking experience while on vacation. This kitchen is complete with a dining table and chairs for memorable family dinners. We want you to sit back and relax in this condo's spacious living area that includes a large tv, a comfy sofa sleeper, and a lovely sitting room chair. The balcony also has a table and chairs so you can enjoy the fresh ocean breeze!

This unit has a spacious bedroom with two queen beds. The bedroom can be made private by the sliding partition doors or left open for a very spacious room. The bathroom right off the bedroom has a lovely bath with a detachable shower head. This bathroom is the perfect place to wash away all the sand and ocean from a great day spent at the beach!

Additional sleepers can be arranged by special request, if need be, we provide high quality inflatable beds. Please contact us directly prior to room assignment.

This unit comes with FREE Wi-Fi internet. There is A/C in the unit located in the living room. We hope you will take full advantage of all of the extras we provide for the ultimate vacation of your dreams!

Portable beds and cribs are available upon request, and each floor has a laundry room with provided detergent. Great vacation

We had a great time. The condo was nice and as advertised. Had everything we needed. Could use a little refurbishing but still enjoyable. Little downside: elevators are really slow and the BBQs were dirty.

Great value, comfortable stay

Everything from check-in to check-out was incredibly easy. The free parking included was a massive plus. The elevator wait times due to the ongoing construction really varied from very quick to waiting for 10+ minutes, depending on the time of day. Since the unit is on the 7th floor, it was easy to just take the stairs instead of waiting. The place was well equipped and very cozy for 4 adults. The location was a perfect base for our first time in Oahu. We would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again.

Good place does the trick

Cute place but I wish the bathroom was better, the plug had to be screwed in and still doesnt fully plug the drain. One of the bed frames was really shaky when we laid on it. Other then that great place, parking was wast, the hotel was close to everything, full kitchen was great. easy

The condo is a bit tired

We love the building and amenities but the individual condo needs an upgrade, especially in the bathroom. The bathroom door and showerhead needed fixing, however, the staff were able to fix things right away. I felt that the bathroom needed a deep clean

There is a need for some work, but it can be manageable.

The facility requires some attention and needs a more thorough cleaning. The toilet is not functioning properly when we sit on it, and one bed frame has been damaged upon arrival. Overall, the overall condition is satisfactory. Lots of towel, they had beach chairs.The parking space is excellent, and the location is exceptional. You can easily reach the beach within 4 minutes.

Waikiki Banyan

When we arrived one of the beds was broken and mattress leaning against the wall. We reported it and unpacked our stuff. They did come and fix it the next day but it should have been fixed before we checked in. Koko Resorts response was we could move to another unit but that was not happening as we were not packing everything up again. Overall not a bad unit. Loved being on the 7th floor.

Improvements needed

This is a recommendation rather than a complaint. Suite needs significant upgrades. Carpets dirty, walls dirty, lighting missing in bathroom, poor cleaning in bathroom, stove top dirty, cooking pots/pans dirty, missing utensils, sliding doors between bedroom and living room not usable, air conditioner condensate floods balcony all the time. On a positive note: Beds were comfortable and clean, suite was quiet during our stay, kitchen finishes were nice, parking was seamless, location was fantastic - near restaurants and shops and close to beach, nice swimming pool and hot tubs. Generally we enjoyed our stay.
