Welcome to Shoreline Seascape in the beautiful coastal town of Florence, Oregon. Nestled away in a gated community which ensures privacy and serenity, this gorgeous home has private beach access to miles of golden sand and blue waters of the Pacific.

This home is 3,000 square feet and has three levels of living space with every room offering breathtaking views of the ocean and beach. The main floor offers a king bed suite with Jacuzzi tub, living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room and laundry room. Step out the kitchen door onto the wrap around deck that includes a BBQ Grill, hot tub and patio furniture. The lower level has another king suite, living room, large wet bar and mudroom with a back door to another deck. Go out the gate and take the stairs to your beach access. The third floor has a queen bedroom, desk, full bathroom and loft with Futon bed.

We have updated and remodeled to include new furniture, flooring, paint, stainless steel appliances and a fully equipped kitchen for all your needs. Luxury linens and high-end mattresses for your comfort. All you need to do is unpack and enjoy the view!

Coastal Retreat

This is a very nice property in a great location. It is nestled in the dunes on the oceanfront in a gated neighborhood. The views are outstanding. We enjoyed sitting on the front deck watching hummingbirds do acrobatic displays above the dunes to gray whales swimming by and everything in between. We look forward to coming back next year.

The perfect home away from home

Owners very reponsive and accomidating. House and location are perfect. This is the best provisioned house we have ever stayed in. Important since we were there two months. House is so light and windown on the ocean are beautiful. The owners have thought of everything. We do not want to leave and will defintely be back.

Anniversary Celebration

This was the second time that we stayed at this home. The owner continues to make nice improvements. It well maintained and nicely equipped for a month long stay. It is centrally located along the coast for many adventures. It was a perfect place for 3 couples to celebrate their wedding anniversaries.

The perfect beach home

We loved this house and its view, both of which were more beautiful than pictures can convey. It was nicely furnished and everything worked. The kitchen and pantry were well supplied. The beds were very comfortable. This house felt just like home to us for three summer months. It was a pleasure to be right on the beach and enjoy the ocean sounds and breezes. Debra was very attentive and supportive. We also liked Florence very much, especially La Pomodori restaurant. We look forward to staying here again. We have no complaints and would heartily recommend the house.
