Flat full circle turn around, capable of holding up to 5 boats and trucks with 2 boats in 36x24 insulated garage w/12 110vac outlets. Quiet dead end road with very little traffic. Just 3 miles from Waterfront, 6 miles to Goose pond. Fully equipped kitchen. Full size laundry room. WiFi internet and TV with Netflix included. Sleeps 8-10 in 3br (1 queen, 2 full, 2 twin), 2 bath, pull out couch also.

Great location and property to spend time with family.

We stayed for a week July 3-10 visiting and spending time with our daughter and grand dog who both stayed with us. Home was clean, kitchen had everything you need to cook meals and beds are comfy. Property is located halfway between Scottsboro and Guntersville in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed exploring the area. Kelly was a dream host, so accommodating and always available by phone. Will stay again when we go back to the area.

November bass trio

Great owner. House is close to many ramps and Waterfront. The garage is big enough to put two 21 ft bass boats in albeit the fit is tight. Kelly checks in often to make sure you have everything you need include a fishing tip or two.
