While being located just 15 minutes from Cahors and a few minutes from shops and supermarkets, this house is a real haven of peace, surrounded by 7 hectares of woods and fields where you can meet sheep.

Bright, isolated, the house dates from the end of the 19th century. With its 300 m2, arranged on 3 floors, Le Brugas will seduce you with its careful decoration and its large volumes which combine the charm of the old and the modern (recent renovation, modern equipment).

The kitchen is open to the dining room and gives access to a sheltered terrace which offers a breathtaking view. The kitchen / dining room set offers very nice volumes with more than 60m2. The kitchen is modern and offers high-quality services: Lacanche 2-oven stove, fridge with water and ice dispenser, superb worktop, dishwasher, modern cupboards, etc.
On the same floor, a large living room with large quercynoise fireplace opens.
A total of 5 bedrooms, two of which are en suite, all very spacious, ranging from 14m2 for the smallest to almost 40m2 for the largest. Each floor offers at least one common living space.
Many recent sanitary facilities: 3 bathrooms (2 showers and 2 baths in total) and 4 toilets.
