Just Enough is a quaint two bedroom, two bathroom canal front cottage nestled right in the quiet community of Brigands Bay off of Hwy 12 located in Frisco, NC. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an adjoining bath (stand up shower only) The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and twin bunk beds. There is also pull out sofa. The hall bath has a tub with stand up shower. There is also a large outdoor shower and dressing area. The house has an outdoor charcoal grill. We offer four single person kayaks, two cruiser bicycles, some beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. The house is also pet friendly.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great spot in frisco

Perfect for a weekend getaway as a small family. Easy to access and quiet neighborhood with pretty view of canal to enjoy on screened in porch.

Quiet Beautiful Neighborhood

Perfect, relaxing getaway

Quiet, serene and right on the canal, this place was the perfect, relaxing getaway. The property owners were great in letting us know what we needed to bring to complete our stay (just linens and towels). We had a great time cooking, sitting out in the screened in porch and enjoying the serenity of this wonderful rental. We will definitely be going back.

Another Year of Just Enough

We had a wonderful stay again this year! Perfect weather and plenty to do. Along with the beach, we enjoyed the kayaks, fishing in the canal, riding bikes and hanging out on the screened porch enjoying the evenings. Wonderful Stay!

We loved our week at Just Enough! The property was clean, perfectly appointed and a comfortable setting for our family of four and pups. We rented Linens from Hatteras Helping Hands and they were all there on our arrival. We especially loved the screen porch and spent a lot of time there looking out over the water. We will definitely come back!

Nice quiet neighborhood. Cottage was clean and JUST ENOUGH for the four of us. Beautiful canal view. Kayaks and bikes for outdoor fun. Would definitely rent again.

More than enough

Very nice neighborhood, we have stayed in that area before so was familiar with it. The house is just as it says, just enough. Nice size, great location. We did not take advantage of the bikes or kyacks, but so nice it was offered. The screened in porch is an added bonus. Will definitely book again in the future.

Exactly as Advertised

The house was perfect for my wife, our dog and me. It’s a great location close to the ORV entrance, Connors super market and Frisco Rod and Gun. The screened in porch was great and the bed was extremely comfortable. Thee owner (Amy) was very responsive to any questions we had.

Our Getaway

We had an excellent time staying at Just Enough! We were pleasantly surprised at the location and beautiful views. The house was clean and met our expectations. Amy was always very prompt and responsive when we reached out. We would definitely stay again. I would also like to add we had to leave early due to a storm approaching and the owner’s credited our night we didn’t stay without us asking. Very appreciative!!

Wonderful home

We loved staying here! The house was clean, easy to access (love the keypad vs having to deal with a key), communication with owner was a breeze! The open floor plan of this home is wonderful, large master bedroom was an unexpected bonus, comfy master bed. Love being right on the water and this neighborhood is a gem! Will definitely come back!

This property is small but just enough. The views are beautiful and the deck over looking the water is the perfect place to have morning coffee! My husband and son enjoyed fishing and walking around the neighborhood was nice. The house is comfortable and cute. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

Just Enough is well-named

Kudos to the housekeeping staff. House was spotless, the house well-equipped. The owner was responsive to issues related to technology at the property. Unfortunately, bulkhead construction resulted in 2 of our 4 days being marred by the noise of pile drivers from mid-morning until evening. No one's fault, but an unhappy circumstance nevertheless.

My husband and I grew up and currently live here in NC. Ironically we live at the beach, just on the other end of the state! We love to fish and naturally that is what brings us to the OBX year after year.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home as a second home as this is our "Happy Place". We have been vacationing in the Outer Banks for many years and for years have wanted a small place to call our own. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. We have found it to be, well what we named it, "Just Enough"! It is two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and just enough for a small family and their fur baby or two! Our two fur babies always travel with us so that's why we allow our home to be opened up to yours.

What makes this property unique

You will fall in love with the screened in porch overlooking the canal. Watching the water from the dining room and the den can be mesmerizing at times for us. Other times, it's nice to plunk the kayak in the water and take a nice stroll out the canal to the Pamlico! Or if you prefer you can ride the bikes through the community. If you bring your furry friends, walking the neighborhood is just as enjoyable.
