Danke für die schöne Zeit! Die Nähe zum Strand ist natürlich perfekt. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, was für uns sehr angenehm war. Wir hatten eigentlich alles, was wir brauchten und haben unseren Urlaub genossen.

L'hébergement correspondait parfaitement à la description, était propre et très bien situé (juste en face de l'accès à la plage, à proximité du centre ville), le rapport qualité prix était très bon (surtout avec les lits faits, les serviettes fournies et le ménage compris).La résidence est bien entretenue, propre et calme, la place de parking est un plus même s'il n'est pas évident de manœuvrer dans le parking très étroit (attention si vous avez un SUV ou un monospace).Même sans climatisation, la température était agréable et très supportable, que ce soit dans la pièce de vie ou dans les chambres, et nous n'avons pas été gênés du tout par le bruit extérieur.Les seuls bémols: il manque de la vaisselle, l'équipement est très juste pour 5 (peu de couverts, une seule casserole, une seule poêle, pas de carafe d'eau ni de verre doseur par ex), et la poignée extérieure de la chambre parentale était cassée (impossible de rouvrir la porte si on la ferme de l'extérieur). Il semble indispensable de la réparer.Et la tv et le wifi fonctionnaient très mal (voir pas du tout pour la tv, impossible de la regarder de la semaine).Mais cela ne nous a pas gâché notre séjour.

Für uns war es ein rundherum gelungener Aufenthalt. Unser kleines Apartment war sauber als wir ankamen, die Betten gerichtet und wir wurden sehr freundlich und herzlich begrüßt. Das Meer ist in der Tat wie beschrieben fußläufig in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Hierher kommen wir gerne wieder!

Praktikabel, super Nähe zum bewachten Strand, Tiefgaragenstellplatz praktisch mit Aufzug zu den verschiedenen Etagen in der Anlage, sauber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt

Hébergement bruyant proche d'une boite de nuit avec des fetards qui hurlent sous le balcon de l'app

Hébergement bruyant sans ventilateur ni clim donc on y dort mal car il est situé près d'une boite de nuit et on ne peut pas ouvrir les fenêtres à cause du bruit incessant la nuit.

GENIAL

Un appartement bien situé, bien équipé. Même la literie et les serviettes sont fournis. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en arrière saison. Les craintes de bruit à cause de la discothèque juste à coté ne se sont pas avérées. La remise de clé était simple avec la gérante très sympathique, à l' arrivée ainsi que pour le retour.

Le tarif trop élevé par rapport aux prestations

Au niveau propreté plutôt passable, porte d'entrée de l'appartement qui ferme mal de l'extérieur, porte du lave-vaisselle cassée, canapé à changer!! Pour 1800 euros la semaine j'attends d'avoir des prestations de qualité malheureusement ce n'était pas le cas. Et le pire du pire sur le coté droit de la résidence se trouve une discothèque : les vacances sont faites pour se reposer et non subir le bruit de personnes alcoolisées et droguées ! Je déconseille fortement cette location. Par contre la région est magnifique et la résidence est à 2 minutes à pieds de la plage et 5 minutes à pieds des commerces !

Nous sommes navré je voulais retrouver l’appartement dans un état passable. La propreté et hygiène sont nos priorités premier. Le canapé est neuf, Nous allons faire réparer la porte du lave-vaisselle cassé juste avant vous.en ce qui concerne la discothèque Biscarrosse est une station balnéaire très dynamique avec ses bienfaits mais également des méfaits .

Super location

La location est parfaitement situé à 5min de l’océan et de la plage Nord. L’appartement est très agréable, très bien décoré et comprend le tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonne vacances. Petit point négatif sur le fait qu’il n’y ai pas assez de couverts ni d’assiettes mais avec le lave vaisselle ce n’est pas vraiment un problème. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter
