Pleasant apartment on the 1st floor of a very quiet residence located in the center of Pietranéra less than 5 minutes walk from the beach, with garage. The recently renovated apartment has a large living room with kitchen open to a spacious living room, two bedrooms, separate toilet and a bathroom. The bedrooms and the living area are air conditioned and each has access to the terrace with sea views. You can have all your meals outside while looking at the sea.
You can park your vehicle in a garage located in the residence.
A mandatory cleaning fee of € 70 will be payable on arrival.
Household linen is optional and at an additional cost:
for sheets: € 15 / double bed and € 12 / small bed
for towels (including bath mat and tea towels): € 7 / person
Beach towels and mattresses: € 7 / person
Rates applied for the stay whatever its duration
