studio sympa, calme bien placé, petit jardin agréable.pbs : lit "futon" très inconfortable pour deux ,obligé d'utiliser un lit superposémicro ondes et plaque à induction d'une grande complexité (pourtant nous utilisons ces types d'appareils quotidiennement) manque de four électrique.douche dite "à l'italienne" qui inonde les toilettes et nécessite de grandes précautions manque de serpillère à l'arrivée.plan de travail inexplicablement collant tout le long du séjour en dépit de nos efforts de nettoyage.

Le logement est charmant, très bien équipé. Le canapé lit est confortable mais adapté seulement aux personnes de taille moyenne. La résidence est très calme. L’accès au bord de mer et au quartier Pontaillac peut se faire à pieds rapidement. Mathieu communique très bien. Je recommande ce logement où j’ai passé un agréable séjour.

Petit appartement avec parking attenant, très bien situé à 2 pas des plages à pied, arrêts de bus, commerces, jardinet équipé de table, chaises, grand parasol et transats, cuisine très bien équipée en vaisselle de bonne qualité et ingrédients de base (sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre...), salle d'eau-wc avec super douche. L'agencement permet d'être à l'aise à 2 ou 4 dont 2 enfants dans la chambre aux lits superposés. Pas mal de rangements et du matériel de plage ainsi que des jeux de société à disposition, l'hôte a pensé à tout...ou presque. Pas de serviettes de toilette ni de drap fournis, il faut juste le savoir. Mathieu est réactif et à l'écoute, il a réglé les petits soucis avec efficacité et bienveillance. Excellent rapport qualité/prix en cette saison.

L’appartement était pas mal sauf que la vmc était très bruyante. Pour la chambre avec les lits superposés ça ressemblait à un placard sans fenêtre c’est bien dommage.

appartement pratique, malgrès sa taille, et bien placé par rapport à la piste cyclable, l'océan et proximité de Pontaillac. Clic-clac excellent. Par contre les matelas et surtout sommiers du lit supperposé laissent à désirer. Sortie sur terrasse et jardinet donnent un extra à cet appartement.

Aucun contact avec le propriétaire, juste SMS d'arrivée et de départ. Canapé très inconfortable. Accès très étroit pour entrer dans la location, difficulté pour garer les vélos surtout si quelqu'un se gare juste devant comme ce fut le cas.

Séjour Vaux sur Mer

Location au top, très propre et très bien équipée, située près de la plage. Tranquillité assurée et de nombreuses visites à faire aux alentours.
