2 bedroom, self contained first floor apartment, with attached bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, dining & living areas, Fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob, TV, bed linen & towels provided. Maid service 4 times per week . The apartment can be rented as 2 individual studios.
There are sun/yoga terraces & garden barbecue area for guests use.
The property is set in a quiet village location with easy access to shops & public transport.. A short walk through tropical countryside will bring you to Kovalam's renowned Lighthouse beach with its many restaurants, bars & gift shops.
Rickshaws & taxis operate at reasonable prices & tours to other parts of Kerala & beyond can be organised .
Ayruvedic practitioners & a yoga master are available if required, as is the service of a local chef.
The property is only 14 kms from the state capital, Trivandrum & its peaceful location makes an ideal retreat for dental & medical tourists undergoing treatment.
