3 bedroom, 2 bath Pool/Spa home just steps to Indian Rocks Beach! The home has been renovated with a brand new kitchen and pool with spa! Sun yourself on the massive patio deck, soak on the pool's sun shelf with custom chairs or relax under the covered patio. Easy 500 feet stroll to Beach Access. Direct sight to restaurants, bars, french bakeries and so much more! Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
*A note to our valued visitors, Florida can be known for hurricanes and red tide, if either of these concerns you, please plan to purchase travel insurance. Also, TVs with cable are provided in the living room and Florida room area and there are no televisions in the bedrooms. We have beautiful bamboo trees for privacy and they can blow leaves into the pool. There is a robot that you can drop in the pool and pick up all leaves with ease to have a park sparkling pool daily. Also, Please remember to bring bug spray etc. Florida can have lots of mosquitoes and that will help keep you much more comfortable.
