Welcome to the Casa Plateada in the Heart of Rancho Santa located in the sought after Covenant Community. This 4000sqft single story home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, pool/spa/sauna/views. 7 miles to Beach and Del Mar Race Track. Excellent San Diego Location when taking an extended trip.
Looking for a place to call home while in the Rancho Santa Fe area for minimum 30 to maximum 60 days? The Case Plateada will be prefect!
Enter the home in the Foyer with high ceilings that look out to views of La Jolla through the large Great Room with 65" TV. Off the Great Room is Dining Room with with large open & bright kitchen with marble counter tops with Jenn-Air Commerical Double Oven and Gas Cooktop. The extra long kitchen island serves as another dining or gathering area that has built in drawer microwave and wine fridge, Jenn-Air double door refrigerator and several small kitchen appliances. The home has two Master Suites at each opposite end of the home. Both with private patio's. The East Wing Master Suite has a CalKing Bed, fireplace, sliding door to the pool area and private patio off the en-suite bathroom. The Bathroom has a double shower heads & vanity with backlit mirror.
The West Wing Main Master Suite has double frosted glass door entrance with vaulted real wood beamed ceilings, 65" TV, fireplace, sliding glass door to balcony & pool area. Ensuite bathroom double vanity, shower and separate soaking tub. Right outside the Main Master Suite in the Large Hallway is Sauna Room for the whole house to enjoy on this hallway is the third & fourth bedroom.The third bedroom that faces the front of the property has 2 twin beds that can be pushed together to make another CalKing. The fourth bedroom is set up as an office with a sitting or standing desk, printer, along with full size mattress inside the white cabinet that is good short stay guests. The hall way also has a bathroom with shower. The Entry does have a powder bathroom. The backyard has breathtaking views of San Diego and Rancho Santa Fe. There is a hot tub & pool. Hot Tub & Pool heating is available at an additional fee during the stay.

This home is magical!!! Our host was by far the best host I’ve encountered to date. We were crying when we had to leave. HIGHLY recommend this magical home and beautiful property in an iconic neighborhood.

Hello! We are TVL Vacation Homes! We Manage this property for the owners! We are not new to Vacation Rental nor are the owners. We manage several homes in Temecula Wine Country and happen to manage one for the owners there as well. They have owned this home for a couple of years just completed a renovation in 2019 and now they are offering it on a 30 day basis with no more then 60 days rental. They owners do live in the home 6 months a year and then 6 months a year make it available for others to stay. The home is furnished with all the basic needs to live and operate. Please ask for a inventory list of what is included with the stay.
