Local park with swimming pool, tennis courts, baseball diamond, etc. just a few blocks away.

The condo has (3) bedrooms and a total of (3) beds. Master room has a CA king, second room has a queen bed, and third room has a king bed. Sleeps a total of (6).

No taxes or other fees apply, except what VRBO may charge the renter. If it is necessary for the tenant to cancel a reservation and the dates are rented to someone else, a full refund will be given. If the cancellation period cannot be rented, the tenant is responsible for and required to pay the rental amount, less the cleaning fee ($130). Noise will be kept to a minimum after 9:30pm and before 8:00am. Be extra wary about slamming car doors and outside talking during this timeblock.
