The large backyard is fenced-in for privacy and has a calming atmosphere - it is perfect for sunbathing or even pulling out your Yoga mat for restorative moments. Seaside Beach stay

The house was cozy, well kept, and just a short walk to a beautiful beach. The outdoor pool was a huge hit with the kids and very clean. We would definitely consider returning!

Labor Day Weekend get away

We visited Seaside for 4 days with our daughter, SIL and 3 yo granddaughter. Nice house including comfy beds and good towels and well stocked kitchen. Only suggestions would be for a deep cleaning of the pool (pool water cloudy and concrete very stained). The pine needles are also out of control in the backyard/pool! Not sure if the pines could be cut down but I would do that, if possible as they provide little-no shade and a LOT of mess. The bathtub was almost unusable due to the glass shower doors and the depth of the tub. Very difficult for “seniors” and a toddler to use! Would also recommend a step stool so small children can use the toilet and the sink more easily, and recommend non breakable drink ware for the pool area. Also note - the front panel of the dishwasher was broken making it very difficult to use. No beach chairs or beach towels included in rental, either. Finally - no ice maker in the fridge.

Great Place in Old Seagrove

This home on Canal Street was the perfect place for our family vacation. We stayed nearly 2 weeks. It was very clean with comfortable, updated furnishings. Everything in the home was labeled and easy to find. The kitchen was fully equipped. Beds were comfortable! Lots of closet space and great laundry area. The pool was so nice and a great size! So much larger than other nearby homes. Our kids loved spending time in it every day. Beach access is a short walk away. We loved walking down the shady streets to the beach and into Seaside. So much charm in Old Seagrove! All the convenience of Seaside and Watercolor with the added Old Florida beauty and charm of Old Seagrove! We also loved being able to bring our Labrador. The only slight drawback is that the driveway was tough to navigate with a larger vehicle.

Family getaway

Ages 12 to 77 enjoyed the easy access to Seaside and the beach. Very relaxing heated pool with fenced backyard was a hit! Location was quiet but close to everything we wanted to do.

Perfect family vacay spot

The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and was nicely decorated. The kids loved the bunk beds. There was lots of parking and an outlet for the golf cart we rented. The weather was a bit chilly while we were there, but the pool was 90 degrees, so we spent a lot of time in it still. The hosts were easy to work with and I appreciated being able to text them. It was in the perfect location, at the end of the neighborhood so there wasn't a lot of traffic or construction, but close enough to town for a walk/bike/golf cart ride. I would 100% recommend this house or even book it again myself!

Rain!

Unfortunately you couldn’t control the rain. If so, it would have been much more pleasant. We didn’t get to use the pool at all. This is a really nice house and we had a good time despite the weather. We spent time shopping and did a lot of riding around. I would like to note that the skylight in the guest bathroom needs repair. It looks like the paint is pulling off in sheets. That doesn’t affect your trip but it’s unsightly. The biggest problem I had was with the roaches (water bugs). After I unpacked I put my bag in the closet and when I got it back out a little friend scurried out. There was also another in the bathroom. Probably need a visit by the exterminators.

The stay was good. Only thing was the bike tires were low on all three bikes. So it was hard to ride them. The location of the house was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and the town..

Quiet neighborhood minutes from a beautiful beach!

This property is a gem! It is a short walk to a beautiful beach and the house is fitted with everything you need to make your stay incredible! We enjoyed using the bikes to get around town and the beach cart to take our supplies to the beach! The grocery store is only a couple minutes away, which is very convenient! The pool was clean, warm and the entire family enjoyed nightly swims! Thank you for allowing my family to create amazing memories!

Essentials

The house was in a great location. Very clean and pictures portray the house accurately. I loved how the rooms got dark so my son could take a good nap during the day! Pool needed to be cleaned on arrival, but pool services were provided after arrival. Lacked in providing paper towels and trash bags, and tree limb over the driveway was unavoidable and lightly scraped the top of our car. Overall, we had a great stay and would return!

Great 5 week stay in Spring

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Hello Sunshine! The home was clean and comfortable. The pool area got plenty of sunshine all day. My husband had to work, so we appreciated the desk that was available. The fenced in backyard was great for our dog, and there's even a small separate fenced in area off the laundry room. The best part of this house is the location - its quiet, but within 5 minutes walk of Seaside, the beach, Publix, restaurants, and the great walking trails in Watercolor! The property management company was responsive to a few issues we had.
