Come relax in paradise in this newly built home with 2,718 square feet snuggled up on the beaches of Dauphin Island! Relax on the covered and comfortably furnished deck and breathe in the fresh salt air that is perfect for lounging and watching the dolphins play in the Gulf. Do not forget that your dog is also welcome during your visit, but you might want to wash off the sand in the outdoor shower before they come in. There is one flight to enter, however this home features a private elevator that makes getting in and out a breeze.

Situated directly on the sandy white beaches, you only have to walk down the steps to put your toes in the sand at the water's edge. You're less than three miles away from favorite local restaurants like Waves DI, Island Rainbow, and more! Alternatively, you can hop on the ferry (less than four miles from the house) across the bay to visit Ft. Morgan and Gulf Shores for an exciting day adventure.
