The barn at Lake Azur

Independent cottage, recently renovated, comfortable, in an old farmhouse, 5 minutes (by car) from Monteynard lake, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort. Very calm environment, very beautiful view, many hikes (Himalayan walkways) and nautical activities in season.
We speak english (a little bit).

The accommodation (45 m2 in total, excluding terraces), includes a living room / kitchen (with among other things: washer-dryer, dishwasher, combined microwave, Senseo coffee machine, etc.), a master bedroom with a small bathroom + a large mezzanine with a single bed. The cottage gives access to 2 private terraces: a small sunny terrace (with table for 2 people) and a large covered terrace. The garden is accessible and offers a dining area in shared space (barbecue possible) and deckchairs available.
Baby kit available (travel cot + booster seat + bathtub + safety barrier): TO BE SPECIFIED DURING RESERVATION.
Loan of mountain bikes under the responsibility of the traveler.

Completely renovated in 2018, the gîte is labeled "3 keys" by CLEVACANCES.

Possibility of taking a "cleaning package" at the end of the stay (40 euros extra)

Access to the gîte and the mezzanine is by stairs, which can be difficult in the event of reduced mobility.
Respect for the place and the calm of the villagers, especially after 10 p.m.
The room is "non-smoking", but the garden can be.
