All good...only negative was the front door, hard to open and extremely dirty! Inside was clean with a little wear and tear but overall very nice. Extra roll of TP would be nice :)Great location, beach is terrific, easy access to pool and beach, Overall a very nice spot.

My family and I have stayed in perdido key a couple of times. I enjoyed the condo in Sandy Keys more because it was a little more private and less populated than other condos we have stayed in. The unit was clean, spacious, and had beautiful views

Wonderful Stay in Perdido Key

The condo was exactly as listed. Could not have asked for a better location in Perdido Key! Far enough away from the hustle of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores but close enough if you wanted to venture in for the evening. Would stay here again.

Beautiful spot with great views

Was a very nice and open space. The Air condition sysem did not seem to work. And the pool closed at dusk. Other than that it was a great space for me and my family

Very nice unit

This unit was very clean & tidy. We enjoyed our stay. It was bare bones though & could use a few area rugs and blankets. A hair dryer and maybe some beach towels like other units offer would be a nice addition also.

2021 vaca

The condo was very nice.. plenty of seating in living area.. although one of the pools was closed.. the other pool was never crowded. Would definitely come to sandy key again!

Condo was just ok . Much less than I was expecting. Clean , but more like a cheap motel with a beach view . Sparsely equipped . No hairdryer, towels were worn and thin . AC was noisy as well as de-humidifier. No throws to enjoy indoor relaxation. Exterior doors and sliders very hard to open. We did enjoy our stay after shopping for non supplied items. Chairs and upholstery dingy and dated . Satellite tv never synced with audio /vedio .

Great location, easy process

Great 2br 2bth on 3rd floor right above the pool. Perfect view of beach. Close enough to food and grocery stores. Easy communication with mgmt group (24/7 sms response). For those not familiar with complete condos, you ac air handler/hot water tank are all in the unit, so there will be noise when they run. If you are a light sleeper, stay in hotel or house.

Noisy and too much driving

Needed a relaxing stay but had a noisy family next to us so we couldn’t sit on balcony. Water was green with a smell due to lots of seaweed. Rv sound was off for our first night and part of next day. A lady came right over and changed it out with bedroom tv

Nice Vacation

Property was nice and location was great. Loved that everything was a key code in building 2 (and not an actual key)…made entry access to room, pool, parking lot & gym easy for the whole family. We did have an issue with one of the tubs not draining/clogged drain, but it was super easy to contact management via text and they came out right away to fix it and did a great job! Also, when we booked, we did not realize there were 3 buildings…went with another family and booked 2 rooms both on 3rd floor thinking we were just going to be a few doors down from each other, only to find out there are 3 buildings on the property and we were in different buildings. Not the end of the world, but didn’t feel that was clear in the listing.

Nice Condo But Tent Policy was a Unknown to Us

Overall nice condo, everyone was comfy and we had plenty of room for 5 adults 2 children, and I love Perdido Key, but was not aware of the NO TENT on the beach policy. I understand WHY, but I would of like to have known this before hand and have the option to determine to pick this condo or not to purchase the small tent for my grandchildren. We did talk to the Rental Person on the beach, and she told us she would remove it if we put it. The last day on the beach I saw 2 huge Canopy's that were allowed and they were never told they had to remove it due to beach policy. Also I was notified that hot tub was closed due to parts ordered, but was not told one pool was closed, so all 3 towers had to share one pool, it was a little crazy in there, grandkids only used it once due to safety reasons of not getting clobbered by others. I did Love the fitness room and used it every morning I was there, it was fantastic.

Thanksgiving 2022

We arrived Thursday, Thanksgiving Day at Southern Vacation’s office at 4:15 pm to pick up our keys to Sandy Key. We were told the keys would be in the lock box by 4 pm. 2 1/2 hours later and many text messages and phone calls we were told we would have to stay at another condo for the night. Since no one at Southern Rental could leave their Thanksgiving with their family to get us a key to the condo so we could enjoy our Thanksgiving. After driving all day that’s the last thing you want to hear. So we had to unload everything that night and pack up the next morning and go do that again at the condo we originally booked the very next day. I had to ask for a refund for Thursday night which we did receive. Since our Thanksgiving dinner which we brought with us spoiled due to the delay getting to check in at 4. We ended up having our Thanksgiving at Waffle House that night at 8 pm. Not exactly how we thought our Thanksgiving would be. The keys should have been left in the lock box Wednesday night since the office was closed Thanksgiving day. I feel they were worried we would check in earlier than 4 and they didn’t want that to happen. Since they charge $60 to check in 3 hours early. The condo was vacant and ready that morning so it would have been a lot less expense for them to have left the keys in the box Wednesday night. I will not be using Southern Vacation Rental again.
