About this property

1064 5 BEDROOM 50 YARDS TO BEACH! FANTASTIC OCEAN VIEWS!

Our family beach home has an amazing ocean view and is located just five houses from the beach in the Holiday Inn section in Ocean Lakes Campground. Directly at the other end of our road (10 houses away) is Sand Dollar Lake. It's within walking distance of the pools, water park and recreation areas!

Our home sleeps twelve and has five bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The master en suite bedroom is downstairs with a king bed. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms: 3 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with a queen and twin bunk beds. Each bathroom upstairs is directly connected to two bedrooms (jack and jill) so no going out into a hallway to access a bathroom.

We have a full kitchen with granite counter tops and all the accessories you would need on your vacation including a full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker (both drip and Keurig) and of plenty of pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils.

There is seating for 12 for dining inside and a large outdoor dining area on the covered deck. The family room has comfortable seating with a flat screen TV and a mini stereo for music. There is a washer and dryer located on the first floor as well. The home comes with free cable and wifi.

This beautiful custom built beach home has everything you will need for a wonderful relaxing vacation. Ocean Lakes is a beach resort with indoor and outdoor pools, a multi-million dollar water park, lazy river, basketball courts, mini-golf, snack bars, playgrounds and more! We would love for you to visit our home and make family memories to last forever!

Items to bring: Linens, paper products, washing detergent, towels, bedding for 1 king, 4 queens, 2 twin beds. Pillows and blankets are provided.

Maximum occupancy is 12 people.

$275 cleaning fee per stay

No linens are provided, we do offer a linen package for an additional fee.

A small well behaved dog will be considered. Must be approved by owner and will incur a pet fee of $200.

The home was wonderful! From boogie boards to game boards this house had all the amenities make a great time for a family. The owner was great at communicating and answered all questions timely. The campground was wonderful and offered lots of activities!

Perfect location

We stayed at this property for Halloween weekend and it was the perfect house for us. We had several families. House had plenty of room, it was close to all activities, but yet far enough away that it was quiet when kids were ready for bed. We have been going to Ocean Lakes for numerous years for their Halloween festival and we will definitely be staying at this location again!

Family Vacation

Although we found the property wasn’t up to par as far as cleanliness when we arrived, the homeowners Jen and Jeff were very quick to respond and were upset to hear that their property wasn’t as clean as it should have been upon our arrival. They even offered to have the cleaning service come back out to fix the issues we found. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The living space inside the house was sufficient and the deck space outside was great. We enjoyed several meals on the deck. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with dishes, glassware and utensils. Some of the frying pans were well worn, but there were others that were fine to use. The proximity to the beach was fantastic! Parking for SUV’s, sedans and golf carts under the house was fine, my brothers long bed pick up truck couldn’t make the turn, but the over flow parking at Ocean Lakes worked out fine for him. The bedroom/bathroom setup upstairs worked well and the first floor master was a nice size. The amenities at Ocean Lakes are wonderful as well. Again, the homeowners Jen and Jeff were fantastic to work with, they were quick to respond to messages from start to finish.
