APARTMENT sleeps 4. TRACK FEET. Departure and return to ski. Studio cabin.

Overlooking the Belleville valley and the ski resort, this apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with elevator and private parking. With an area of 20 m² and a balcony: it is well-appointed and can accommodate up to 4 people. In the heart of the resort, you will enjoy direct access to the ski slopes, ideal for holidays with family or friends.
From the balcony you can enjoy the view over the valley and the resort. Inside, you will appreciate the benefits of the apartment which is composed of:
- 1 kitchen area (new home appliances 01 2020).
- 1 dining area with the possibility of 5 seats
- 1 living room with 2 sofa beds for 1 person (plus a trundle bed if you want to make a twin bed). PLEASE NOTE: From 22 02 2020 a 3 seater sofa, comfortable convertible (160X200): 2 beds will replace the 2 benches.
-A cabin area with 2 beds including a bunk: either 2 beds
- Bathroom: bath with shower, sink, towel radiator and WC
- 1 TV.
You will enjoy all the essential equipment (hairdryer, dishwasher, 4-burner electric stove, microwave grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge. New dishes, cutlery and accessories (01 2020).
1 personal ski locker: directly overlooking the access to the slopes.

Great stay in Reberty

Perfect location right on the slopes with a beautiful view to wake up to each morning. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Although fairly small we spent our time out all day but was a warm place to lay our heads after a busy day skiing. Would recommend.

Nice trip to Les Trois Vallées

Nice little apartment for a week of skiing in Les Trois Vallées. Close to the slopes and La Croisette (Centre of Les Menuires). Good view over La Croisette as well. Very nice kitchen with a lot of equipment to cook your own meals. You have to clean the apartment when leaving.

Brilliant location; Small

The property is on the slopes a few hundred meters up from the main base of Les Menuires. There is parking and ski storage. It's well equipped (you do need your own duvet/pillow covers & towels) with lots of storage for things to be hidden away in. But it is small. 3 people was a challenge at times. You cannot have the table up and the sofa bed out at the same time. It's self clean (or pay extra). Not everyone cleans as deeply as we do.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour aux Ménuires, station familiale et bien desservie. Notre séjour dans l'immeuble Necou s'est bien passé. Très agréable d'être aux pieds des pistes. Un sherpa se trouve à 2-3 min à pied et est bien fourni. Magasins de location de skis à proximité également. L'appartement est très petit mais tout y est. Juste attention aux allergiques car il y a du tapis au sol. Propriétaire réactif lors des communications pour préparer notre arrivée.

Appartement bien situé au pied des pistes.Les indications etaient claires pour l arrivee et notre hote a été accomodant pour notre heure de depart.Le canap est confort en lit mais doit etre changé car l assise ne tient plus en version canapé.

Emplacement parfait

Résidence très calme alors que c’était les vacances scolaires. Le logement est très bien placé pour aller skier. Accès direct aux pistes de ski. Location bien équipé dans son ensemble(vaisselle , appareil à raclette, couverture…) Communication facile et réponse rapide du propriétaire. Je recommande cette location.
