Siesta Key GULF SIDE-Serene Private Condo, 2 Bed 2 Bath, Jamaica Royale #95

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath tropical garden condo was completely renovated in the spring of 2025 ~ thanks to the floods of 2024. The complex is rebuilding and our landscaping is starting to grow back. There are still a few units being renovated on the interior on our property; but our beach is still as beautiful as ever. We welcome everyone and hope to bring business back to our little Village.

Jamaica Royale Condominiums is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico along the white sands of world-famous Siesta Key Beach in Sarasota, Florida. This development is located on a private lane that leads directly to the beach… no through traffic and no streets to cross ~ just stroll to the white sands of Siesta Key Beach. Additionally, there is free, assigned covered parking directly outside the door in the carport... no elevators, no long walks from your vehicle to load/unload, no searching for a space on the other side of the complex. Simple and convenient parking is included with this rental free of charge.

Upon request, I will run an "Ozone Generator" before you arrive. This machine generates Ozone that attaches to airborne pollutants; through the process of oxidization, it breaks down the molecular structure and destroys airborne virus' and germs. This process takes two hours; therefore, it may take a little longer for you to gain entrance. As always, I will make every effort to get you into my condo by 3 PM and will text you when it's ready.

Onto the details about my condo:
KITCHEN: It contains all the amenities of home, including coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and blender ~ to name a few. There is a dining area adjacent to the kitchen with seating for four.

FAMILY ROOM: The family room boasts a 60" Hi-Def flat-screen TV and a Hi-Def receiver. I have Amazon Prime and Netflix available inside this condo on each of the televisions.

PRIMARY BEDROOM AND BATHROOM: The primary bedroom en suite has a lush king size, pillow-top bed and a 42" flat screen TV with a hi-def receiver. There is a desk in this bedroom you may utilize for your laptop and/or vanity table! Blackout curtains in this bedroom allow you to sleep in during your vacation. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower.

GUEST BEDROOM AND BATHROOM: The guest room has two queen-size, pillow top beds and it's own 43" flat screen TV. The full guest bathroom is directly across the hall and has a traditional tub/shower.

LAUNDRY: For your convenience, this unit has it's own washer/dryer! There is also a laundry facility on site.

INTERNET: This condo has dedicated high-speed FIOS Internet with its own private, secure Wi-Fi router.

PRIVATE PATIO: On the patio, there is a dining table with seating for 6 with a 9' umbrella. It is not necessary to cross the main road to reach Siesta Key Beach, which is especially important when you have children! In addition, the quiet location enables you to sleep soundly because the noise from the pool area is inaudible from this unit.

CARPORT: No need to worry about elevators or carrying items a long distance into this condominium! Free assigned parking in the carport directly outside the front door gives you the ability to walk directly into the unit. You don't have to search for a spot close to the entrance! The covered parking also keeps your car protected from the Florida sun and keeps you dry during a summer rain.

DIGITAL LOCK: For additional security, there is a digital deadbolt lock on the front door. Each time a guest leaves, the code is deleted and a new one is created. No keys to pass around among your group; no keys to carry to the beach and worry about losing.

Our development has a private beach area for the exclusive use of Jamaica Royale guests. Beach chairs are provided on this beautiful white sand! We also provide the following for our guests to use for your convenience: beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, a beach buggy to transport your items, and beach toys. The only thing you need to pack is your bathing suit and sunscreen.

Our development has three (3) heated, fresh water pools for you to choose from if you don't want to take advantage of the spectacular beach. There are two (2) BBQ areas you are welcome to use, as well. Grill your meal beach-side, then enjoy it under one of the pavilions on the beach while enjoying a sunset on the beach. There is a second grill near the shuffleboard courts and the pool closest to the front office.

The tennis courts and a large playground are right around the corner at Siesta Key Public Beach. We are less than 1/2 mile from this area where many volleyball tournaments and swimming competitions take place. Remember, Siesta Key Beach is rated as one of the top 10 beaches in the world!

We are located 1.1 miles from the corner of the Stickney Point Road and Midnight Pass Road intersection, and 1.3 miles from Siesta Key Village. There is a bus stop directly outside the complex entrance where you can catch a ride on the free Siesta Key Trolley which rides up and down the Key all day.
