This is a great place to stay! Unit 95 was well stocked with about anything you would need. Highly recommend!! The host was great and checked in with us to make sure there was nothing needed.We will definitely go back!

Everything about our trip was amazing! The condo was gorgeous and felt more like your home than a rental. Everything you could possibly need was available. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. Having chairs, a wagon, coolers, etc. available was so nice. The trolly to the village was so convenient and we enjoyed all of the restaurants and shops there. We will definitely be back!

This property was perfect for our family beach vacation. The condo is conveniently located and property is extremely well maintained. Rene is a wonderful host and provided numerous conveniences that improved our experience including a small stroller and beach wagon. I can’t recommend this rental enough.

This is the second time we have reserved this owner's condo. We will definitely reserve her condo again. Excellent communication; very quick to respond to our questions. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed while we stayed there. We like the location of Jamaica Royale. Easy access to pools if preferred. Rene's condo was the best! The location is fantastic and the pool by the beach was wonderful. Her condo was the cleanest we have stayed in on Siesta Key in 30 years. The kitchen was well stocked, the linens were comfortable and the walk-in shower in the master bath was a definite upgrade. There were several "extras" waiting for us when we arrived and Rene was very helpful with any vacation questions we had before and during our trip. We can't wait to come back!

Everything was great! Condo is modern & clean. Rene is a fantastic host, easy communication. Condo has EVERYTHING you need for a stay. Beach coolers, wagon, chairs & umbrella. Kitchen is fully stocked, no need to buy a week’s worth of salt/pepper/garlic! 2 minute walk to beach, 1 minute walk to pool.

Fun Beach Retreat

We had a great stay. The location was on a nice beach but also close to the Village. Loved the casual beachy atmosphere of Siesta Key. A great place to visit! Property owner was thoughtful and attentive.
