* On the ground floor: a living room and a dining room all air-conditioned, a closed fitted kitchen (including appliances), a closed garage, a shower room, a WC, a washbasin on basin and a storage space.

* Upstairs: 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with dressing room, 2 of which open onto the balcony.
* The house has 3 bathrooms + 3 WCs, 2 of which are independent.
* A veranda open onto a garden with exotic vegetation.
For your comfort: A television with satellite channels, a DVD player, 3 hot water tanks, a generator, a booster connected to a water reserve
Rental per day - Guardian included: 100,000 FCFA (water, electricity)
