A good location for driving to all directions of the island, and also in the middle of the wineries.

A well-equipped house with everything you need.

A very good location for a family

We had a very pleasant stay in Biniali. This is a small village but well located to visit Majorca. It’s about 20 minutes from the airport, 30 min from the north coast and 1 hour from the south coast. The house is smaller than what we expected from the pictures but it’s big enough for our family (2 adults and 2 kids). We enjoyed the small garden which was quite convenient to eat outside. No problem to park the car, there are several places in the street. Having air conditioning would have been appreciated as it was very hot during our stay (up to 38 degrees in early July) and it was still hot during the nights. But in the overall, it was a very good location for the price.

Maison spacieuse, très propre et très agréable. Joli jardin paisible. Parfaitement équipée que ce soit en cuisine, au salon, chambres, séjour, salle de bains et en buanderie. La propriétaire a su nous accueillir dans les meilleurs conditions malgré sa non-présence. Elle a vraiment été aux petits soins avec nous. Biniali est idéalement situé, au centre de l’île. Ce qui nous a permis de visiter en plusieurs jours différentes régions de Majorque. Merci encore à Barbara pour sa gentillesse.

Ein uriges Haus, was alles hat, was man braucht. Es bietet genug Platz. Ventilatoren sorgten für ein angenehmes Klima beim Schlafen. Wir waren mit Auto auf Mallorca, brauchten daher keinen Mietwagen. Biniali hat ein nettes Lokal, wo man günstig malloquinisch essen kann. Ich würde das Haus immer wieder buchen.

Perfecta para descansar y recorrer la isla en coche

Nuestra experiencia en Biniali fue muy buena. Llegamos bastante tarde por nuestro vuelo, pero la casa tiene llegada autónoma por lo que facilita mucho la llegada a cualquier hora. Al entrar, nos encontramos una casa muy tranquila, espaciosa, limpia, decorada con mucho encanto y con una cocina súper bien equipada. Además, nos sorprendieron con unos bonitos detalles de bienvenida que se agradecen mucho. Sin duda la recomendaría. En junio se puede aparcar bien en la calle principal si llegas pronto; si no, lo mejor es dejar el coche en el parking del pueblo, que está cerca.

Le logement et le jardin sont bien . Nous sommes habitué a louer des maisons et celle ci a des besoins .1/ la propietaire absente à notre arrivée. Du coup difficile de trouver le logement. Pas detagere dans les chambres du coup on doit laisser les affaires dans la valise.manque de lumiere dehors coté jardin.

Tranquilidad en el campo

Casita en un pequeño municipio del interior a 5 de un pueblo de mayor tamaño que cuenta con todo tipo de servicios y comercios y a unos 25 minutos de Palma, por lo que si estás buscando tranquilidad y silencio después de un día de turismo y playa, es una gran opción, siempre que dispongas de vehículo, ya que está alejada de la costa y el transporte público es limitado. La casa es tal y como se describe en el anuncio, y cuenta con menaje suficiente, así como con toallas y sábanas de calidad. Las camas y las almohadas son cómodas, y tanto los dormitorios como el salón cuentan con ventiladores de techo,detalle que se agradece bastante, ya que aunque la casa es bastante fresca al tratarse de una edificación antigua, en verano el calor en el interior de Mallorca aprieta. El patio es muy agradable para desayunar y cenar, aunque al estar en el campo y sobre todo después de unos días de lluvias, hay bastantes mosquitos. La comunicación con Bárbara ha sido en todo momento ágil y fluida, y le agradecemos el detalle de dejarnos agua fresquita y desayuno para el primer día. Sin duda, una buena opción para recorrer Mallorca.

Sehr geschmackvoll - verkehrsgünstig gelegen

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete FeWo, eine nahezu komplett eingerichtete Küche, schnelles WLan dank Glasfaser, schöner Außenbereich. Einziges Manko, nur ein mobiler Radiator / Heizung - aber für das Kalte Wetter kann der Vermieter nix. ggf. sollte man den Kamin reaktivieren.

Preis-Leistung war in Ordnung

Wir sind als Familie zu dritt verreist. Die Unterkunft war sauber allerdings sehr dunkel und es roch sehr modrig. Es war sehr feucht in den Räumen. Mein Mann ist Asthmatiker und hatte Probleme mit der Atmung. Die Betten waren leider recht klein, was ein zusammenschlafen nicht möglich machte. Mein Mann musste auf der Couch schlafen. Diese ließ sicher aber ausklappen. In der Küche war alle vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, hat immer schnell auf alle Fragen geantwortet und war sehr bemüht. Der Garten lädt leider auch nicht zum verweilen ein. Kaum Sonne durch die vier Obstbäume die ihre Früchte verloren und es nur so vor Fliegen und Mücken wimmelte und es die ganze Zeit nach fauligem Obst roch. Durch die enorme Mückenplage konnten wir selbst den Garten auch nicht von den Früchten befreien geschweige denn darin sitzen. Fliegengitten kauften wir selbst, da wir sonst nicht lüften konnten. Die Unterkunft liegt recht nah an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Ab 6:30 wird's etwas lauter. Wir würden diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiter empfehlen. Allerdings, wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat, geht es.

et bien voila venu le tour de l appreciation que je dois faire suite au sejour d une semaine dans cette maison pour commencer je dois dire que nous louons sur ce site ou d autres a hauteur de 4 fois par an minimum car nous adorons voyager. cette location fait partie des notations les plus mauvaises qu il me soit de noter le prix de 671 euros une semaine est d ailleurs le plus cher hors saison que j ai trouvé aucun accueil sommes arrives avec 20 mns de retard sur l horaire prevu (retard du a la location de voiture mais j avais envoyé un sms) j ai demandé a plusieurs voisins pour trouver la location et c est une charmante fille qui a reussi a nous expliquer la presence de la cle dans un pot de fleur. maison tres sombre (couloir central jusqu au salon sans fenetre. maison proche des trajets aterrissage avions et d un rond point bruyant. le jardinet ridiculement petit envahi de moustiques le soir. la cuvette des wc etait en panne et a ete en panne durant tout le sejour. nous ne recommandons pas cet endroit au vu des prestations et du prix ainsi que du village ou il n y a aucune commodité (pas d epicerie ni boulangerie) nous n avons jamais vu l hote durant notre sejour. en bref une petite arnaque sauf pour l ile de majorque qui vaut le coup d oeil.

Nous recommandons cette location confortable, bien située, bien agencée. Nous avons apprécié le contenu du frigidaire tout pour le petit déjeuner. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Barbara la propriétaire mais nous tenons à la remercier.

Gut ausgestattete Übernachtungsmöglichkeit

Wir haben bei Barbara übernachtet, da wir in der Nähe auf einer Hochzeit eingeladen waren. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und es gab sogar ein Kinderbett. Innen drin fehlt es ein wenig an Licht, aber das war in Ordnung. Den Garten könnte man nutzen, muss man aber nicht. 😉 Die Kommunikation mit Barbara war hervorragend! Vor dem Haus ist ein Parkplatz, jedoch kommt man mit breiten Autos nicht wirklich dorthin. Beim Kreisverkehr um die Ecke kann man aber super parken.

Beautiful Village

We greatly enjoyed the beautiful cottage apartment in the gorgeous quaint village of Bianali. Barbara's place was beautiful with a quiet backyard and the hostess of the local rustic restaurant was very friendly & we had a nice dinner. The surrounding area is gorgeous and we enjoyed driving around discovering the local vineyards and walking through the beautiful village.

Optimale Lage. Schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter

Für Ausflüge auf der Insel hat das Mietobjekt eine optimale Lage. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief unkompliziert und schnell. Tatsächlich könnte der Garten netter gestaltet sein.

Würde diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen: Ausstattung vollkommen ok, Lage echt super. Preis-Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Der Garten benötigt allerdings Zuwendung, der hätte echt Potenzial!

TRANQUILIDAD, CÉNTRICO Y DETALLISTA.

Nos ha encantado. El pueblo era muy tranquilo, estaba cerca de cualquier punto de la isla,( entre 25 y 60 minutos). La casa tenía de todo, estaba muy limpia e incluso el frigorífico con bastante comida como para un día completo. El patio super cuqui para comer o cenar , y además con hamaca colgada de los árboles para relajarse. Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestras vacaciones gracias a la comodidad de la estancia en esta casa.

Idéalement située pour visiter Majorque

Habitation très calme, équipée de tout le nécessaire, conforme à l'annonce et qui correspondait à nos souhaits. Accueil sympathique par Barbara, pleine d'attentions pour ses hôtes. Seul bémol pour nous qui sommes habitués à un matelas dur : le lit est souple !

Preciosa casita en un pueblo pequeño muy bonito , bien comunicada con toda las isla . Hemos pasado una semana muy Agustito. La casita tiene muy mucho encantado y estás cómoda . El jardín te da muchas posibilidades para desayunar, cenar , barbacoa .... y Bárbara muy amable . Relación calidad precio estupenda . La recomendamos . Gracias 😊
