Small but functional apartment with great balcony

Excellent communication with host. Check in a bit complicated as the house keeper only speaks French. Good location.

De entree is echt vreselijk: oud, donker en achterstallig onderhoud. Bij binnenkomst in het appartement bleek het véél kleiner en in een slechtere staat dan op de foto’s. Ook klopte de foto’s van de slaapkamers niet met de echte situatie. Er werd de indruk gewekt dat er twee grote slaapkamers waren, maar het bleek dat er twee keer een foto van dezelfde kamer was gebruikt. Het schilderwerk en de algemene staat van het appartement waren onder de maat. Vooral voor het belachelijke bedrag wat we ervoor hebben betaald. Het zou voor 8 personen zijn; blij dat we maar met twee waren!Na wat bellen kregen we een ander verblijf: veel kleiner maar ietsje schoner en beter onderhouden. Er zaten veel hondenharen op de bank en de deurmat. Al met al een slechte ervaring gehad.

Fijne week gehad

Het appartement was schoon en alles wat in de beschrijving staat klopt. Technisch was alles ook in orde. Ik wil wel aanmerken dat het complex minder goed toegankelijk is voor minder validen. De beheerder was erg vriendelijk en deed er alles aan om zich verstaanbaar te maken

No avisaron de pagos extras

No avisaron que cobrarían 50 euros por las sábanas y 100 euros por la limpieza, después de fregar la vajilla y recoger toda la casa

bonjour , les gens sont venus avec 2 enormes chiens et un chat . Il n'avait pas de linge de maison alors que je leur avait dis que je n'en fournissais pas comme inscrit dans l'annonce. ils sont arrives super tard . je leur dis encore à leur arrivee qu'ils devront faire le ménage car ce n'est pas inclus . je leur ai rappellé la veille . et le jour du départ ils prennent un rendez vous d'etat des lieux sortant , ils ne sont pas prets font revenir la personne et discute pendant 30minutes pour dire qu'ils ne veulent pas faire le menage. imaginer les poils de partout et le bazar qu'ils on tmis , ils ont change des meubles de place ... je leur ai donné le linge et ils ne l'ont meme pas mis sur les couettes , ils ont dormis directement sans rien mettre. j'ai du faire relaver toutes les couettes , la moitié du linge fourni etait encore plié et propre. Donc le montant pour une journée de ménage c'est pas cher , il a fallu que je paye en plus .la personne qui n'en voyait plus la fin. j'accepte les animaux mais il faut au moins que les gens nettoyent un minimum, la ils sont meme montés sur le canapé. pas de chance il a plu quand ils son tvenus , l'odeur de chien mouillé était tres prenante. ils n'essuyaient meme pas les chiens avant de rentrer. c'est marrant comme c'est toujours les gens de mauvaises fois qui laissent des messages au lieu de s'excuser.

ce monsieur , est parti en se sauvant , pour ne pas faire l'état des lieux avec le gardien. ils ont laissé l'appartement tres sale , avec des traces d'urine sur les wc , des crachats de dentifrice dans le lavabo de la sdb , il y avait de la terre dans l'appartement , la cuisine etait sale. et ces personnes ont l'audace de critiquer, et de dire que c'etait comme ca quand ils sont arrivés . c'est vrai qu'en tant que locataire tu acceptes d'avoir de l'urine et des crachats des autres. les gens sont de mauvaises fois. et tout ca pour ne pas faire le ménage ou le payer s'ils ne voulaient pas le faire , ils se sont sauver avant que la personne n'arrive pour le check out. et comme j'ai fait une reclamation aupres d'abritel ils se vengent en mettant une appréciation pourrie. tout ca pour avoir du pouvoir. c'est nul et mesquin

Appartement bien équipé (appareil à raclette, presse fruit élec, four, robot cuisine, grille pain, aspirateur ,machine à café, vaisselle de bonne qualité) espace modulable, literie confortable, petit problème électrique chauffe eau en voie de résolution
