Cozy Gulf Front Condo in the West Building!

This beautiful 2-bedroom 2 bath beach front vacation rental is located in the West building of SeaSpray. The primary bedroom features a warm king size bed and ensuite bath with walk in shower. The guest bedroom hosts a Queen bed and has a tub/shower combo with safety grab bars in the hall bath. The living room consists of a sofa, loveseat and recliner which gives ample seating for everyone. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the views the Gulf is famous for. The dining room has a gorgeous glass table, and the mirrored wall makes you feel as if you're surrounded by the tranquil blue waters of the Gulf.
SeaSpray properties offer 3 refreshing pools (pools are open daily from 9am until dusk), well-equipped fitness center, hot tub, kayak rack, tennis/pickleball courts, private marina, boat launch and propane grill house. Various restaurants and shopping within minutes!
Minimum age to rent is 25 yrs.

Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking). Guest will receive an invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo.: $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.
Any vehicles not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at vehicle owner's expense.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.

Great spot for family getaway

We enjoyed the condo. We were disappointed in the plumbing. With the toilet you had to hold handle down for toilet to flush in Master Bedroom as well as sink very slow to drain. Condo needed to be updated to keep up with the other rentals and price that is charged. Grate access to elevator and beach.

Perfection

We loved our stay. The only problem we had was lightbulbs needed to be replaced and that was done. If you are a reader you will need to take reading lights. Overall we loved it and the management was very accommodating. We and another couple were celebrating our 55 and 56 th wedding anniversary. It was just what we were hoping for.

Great value and location

Great place to stay - right across the street from a store, love that the ground floor goes straight out to the beach from the elevator and less than 5 miles from the restaurants and Flora Bama.
