We had a wonderful time in Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. The apartment is exactly as described, in a great location, and we especially loved the wonderful terrace. It was easy to find free parking within walking distance (10 minutes).The hosts are very friendly and always available. Thank you for your hospitality, we'd love to come back!

Terrific location

The hosts were responsive and helpful. The balcony was terrific for morning coffee and evening drinks. Well appointed and quiet even with the Sunday market right out your front door.

Très magnifique!

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment is so cute with modern decor. The balcony is a perfect spot for relaxing with a glass of wine and fresh delicacies from the local market. Murielle was so hospitable and communicative. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location in beautiful village

The top-floor apartment is spacious, nicely appointed, and is well-located with many shops and restaurants within a short walk. The views from the apartment terrace are lovely. The owners are warm and welcoming. All in all, a great place from which to explore the charming villages of Provence.

A pleasant apartment in a great location. Spectacular terrace. The apartment itself had one major drawback: the (tub) shower is a serious accident waiting to happen, as the tub itself narrows to a small width under the showerhead, and in the process of narrowing, the sides of the tub (slippery) are impossible to avoid standing on. A grab bar attached to the wall near that end of the tub would help a lot, as would the simple expedient of a non-slip mat on the tub floor. Not included in the property description is the fact that access to the fourth floor apartment is up a very narrow and rather poorly lit spiral staircase, charming and entirely in keeping with the age of the building, but quite a serious physical challenge for us as older people. Parking in the town is difficult, and if one is looking to spend time only in L'Isle Sur la Sorgue, I would strongly recommend against bringing a car, as the town itself is very compact, completely walkable, and very charming.

This is a lovely apartment right on the river and the main tourist area of L’Isle sur la Sorgue with many shops and restaurants right outside the door. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of dishes, cooking pots and utensils, dishwasher and even spices, coffee etc. The living room is comfortable and the spaces are large. The washing machine is an extra bonus. There is a lovely terrace off the bedroom affording a great view and with a table and chairs. The apartment is quiet and the bed is a king size and very comfortable. To be aware, especially for older travellers, the apartment is on the 3rd floor, up 45 winding concrete steps, There is also a narrow winding steel staircase of 15 stairs to the bedroom and terrace on the second level. The bathroom is on the first level so to be aware if nighttime trips are required. We had a lovely stay, the hosts were very accommodating and the town and villages of Provence are beautiful!!
