The place was clean and quiet. Its location made it quite easy to get to all of Pigeon Forge including Dollywood/Splash Country. Kitchen was well stocked and every appliance we used worked. We enjoyed our coffee and the view out on the balcony. We are very happy with this rental and would certainly come back.

The location of the property is wonderful. Off from the main hustle and bustle, yet conveniently situated high above with great views. Beds were super comfortable and the place was very quiet. We had a party of three adults and had plenty of room. The balcony was wonderful for quiet nights and coffee in the morning. Everything was very clean and the kitchen offered anything you’d need for cooking. Definitely recommend!

The property was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures on the website. I am very technologically challenged and had an issue with the "Smart" TV. I sent a text to Barbara and she responded back almost instantly. After a few texts (and a phone call), my issues were resolved. She was very pleasant to deal with.I have stayed at this property on previous visits, and I am confident I will return next time I am in Pigeon Forge. Very close to many attractions, a grocery store and restaurants. Plus it is only a few blocks off of the main parkway. The only negative thing I could say, and this has nothing to do with Barbara, parking can be a bit challenging if you get back late at night. Parking is available on a different level, but I like to park close to the elevator. Again, I only had this issue 1 night, and I was there for a week.I would definitely recommend this property.

Condo was sparkling clean! Pool and hot tub were perfect and clean as well. Really enjoyed our stay here!! Had a bunch of extra blankets and pillows and the jacuzzi bath tub was amazing!

The rooms were clean and nicely decorated and they went as far as putting up seasonal decorations as well. The place is very quiet and it is a nice location for the local sites. We have been there before and we will definitely go .back
