Quite possibly the nicest and most complete renovation in Hale Kamaole with every detail attended to in its upkeep. Upgraded AC in this modern beach style unit is professionally designed and includes high end finishes, mid-century style furniture, with every aspect of the condo was thoughtfully considered to provide style, luxury and comfort even for the youngest one in your family.
This beautifully remodeled condominium is professionally designed and includes upgraded air conditioning in the living room (September 2019/split system), a large screen SmartTV (52"), GE Profile series appliances, quartz countertops, West Elm furniture and a fully stocked kitchen with coordinating dishwear. The upstairs master bedroom has whitewashed ceilings with a capriz shell chandelier and en suite bathroom with carerra marble vanity (double sink), glass tile walk in shower. The stylish downstairs guest room boasts large closets, leather headboards and can be converted to a king bed from twins if preferred. The bath is a french door glass shower with carrera vanity, wainscoting and porcelain tile flooring. Gather in the open space kitchen/living area with 20' white vaulted ceilings to enjoy a meal or relax with the exceptionally vivid sunset.
Included are beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach toys for the kids. Complimentary high speed wireless, cable, in-unit laundry, and iron/board are all included in the unit for your convenience.
The resort property includes an expansive lawn area to enjoy the sunset, a tennis court, two pools and two barbecue areas.
Enjoy the close proximity to the best beaches in Maui. Kamaole III is across the street from Hale Kamaole and is a gathering spot for sunsets, snorkeling and golden sandy beach lounging. Keawakapu beach is a short walk with restaurants, large lawn area, long walking beach and easy snorkeling access.
Only minutes away you will find several Maui activities, such as scuba diving, snorkeling activities (the Kihei boat ramp is a 5 minute walk from the property where most day trips leave), world class golf courses, abundant shopping locations, as well as fine family dining opportunities. Great Family Getaway

We stayed here with our two teenaged kids and it was perfect. The unit has everything you need for the condo and the beach, is in a great location and the owner was wonderful in making sure we had what we needed and responding to any questions. Highly recommend.

Just what we needed!

This property was exactly as advertised, and included everything we needed for our stay. We loved having beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and coolers to use for our adventures! The location was perfect for us, with the beach right across the street. We saw so many whales right from the lanai, and the sunset view was a delight.

Amazing Maui vacation

This property was perfect. My family of 6 came along and the property was the perfect size. The property manager communicated everything to us perfectly and there was material in the condo as well. The were items in the property to start our trip right as well. Now no trip is perfect here is my feedback: (1) we are told to wash the dishes before leaving for help housekeeping, they didn't put them away so we were confused when we couldn't find the dishes, (2) washing linens before leaving? Never had to do that before, and (3) people leaving their old food in the fridge is creepy. Covid is not that far off, it gross. I don't know people's hygiene habits, we can't get people to wash their hands. This has nothing to do with the condo, it was fabulous, roomy and amazing location, this is the management company. The beach is very small, the waves are very big! Personally Maui is not my favorite island but it is beautiful and a must see, great place to see the sunset and close to town, great food, nightlife and shops! Great vacation. Thank you for sharing your home.

This property was nothing short of amazing! I stayed here for my wedding with the intention of getting ready with my bridesmaids, and it was perfect. Everything was updated and appeared modern. Lovely Stay in Kihei

The property was just as advertised, clean and completely outfitted for our family of 3. The location is perfect, just far enough away from the action of Kihei to be quiet but close to everything. Being on the top floor provides a great view and plenty of breeze to keep the unit comfortable. Loved the pool and the beach right across the street, but there are lots of lovely breezes a short walk or car ride away. Would come back to stay again for sure!

Great location and property

Overall we had a great experience staying at this Condo. The amenities were great. Great location as well. The kitchen layout was easy to find what you were looking for. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Access to laundry was a plus. We used beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and cooler for our beach days. We were thankful all of this was available for our use. Definitely looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Wonderful Kihei getaway

My wife and totally enjoyed our stay in Gene’s beautiful condo ay Hale Kamaole. We have stayed at this property many times but his unit was by far the best we have experienced. It is very open feeling with wonderful view to the ocean from the lanai. Being an end unit makes it feel more private and open and airy because of the large window in the side wall. The place was very well equipped with all the kitchen and beach stuff you could want. The location across fro Kamaole beach 3 is, we think, the best in Kihei. Loved it.

Very nice place

We were Scuba diving every day, so being close to the Kihei boat ramp was great. We walked every morning to the boat ramp didn't have to worry about taking the car. The grounds were quiet and beautiful, but like all condos if you get louder neighbors, well......Walking distance to some good restaurants and directly across the street from the beach park for those beach days and great sunsets. We did wish there was a fan in the upstairs bedroom. The trade winds weren't really blowing and we weren't getting those nice cool breezes. Overall, a great place.

Fantastic condo and great location

Great vacation rental: highly recommended

Property is ideally located: walk across the street to access beach and watch the sunset; walk/drive to restaurants and convenience stores; short drive to beaches with awesome snorkeling and modest drive to Makena beach; ~4 miles there-and-back to south end of wailea beachfront path for runners/walkers. Unit is perfect for four and easily accommodated an extra person who slept on the pullout bed in the main room. Nicely remodeled with new appliances, furnishings, paint, etc Beds very comfortable; A/C worked well in the bedrooms ... Views of the sunset from the deck were very nice. Property is very nice: kids enjoyed the pool and shared gas grills were great for burgers and steaks. Highly recommended!
