Ground floor: Hallway leading to a fully equipped kitchen (2 refrigerators, ceramic hob with oven, microwave, etc.), separate toilet, living room with TV, sofa bed (140 cm).
This main room will charm you with its terrace and splendid view of the marina. Ideal for a family with a boat!
First floor: Shower room with toilet, bedroom 1 with 140 cm bed and storage space - has a balcony with a view of the marina, bedroom 2 with a raised 140 cm bed and a 140 cm sofa bed under the mezzanine bed.
The bonus: Beautiful, well-equipped terrace (table/chairs/parasol/barbecue) with a gate giving access to the Lagune promenade. You're sure to love it!

Nearby attractions: Jardin des Plantes, Aqualand and, for sports enthusiasts, the Capellans stadium.
