This fantastic 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo has an excellent location right in the heart of Isle of Palms, not too far from the shorefront county park and within walking distance from local restaurants and nightlife. Along with being just a quick jaunt to the beach with a private beach access, this vacation home also has amazing community amenities such as the shared pool—only with 9 additional units, which means it won't get too crowded!

Please Note Prior to Booking: The condo is centrally located in the front beach area of Isle of Palms – near all of the wonderful to the beachfront restaurants and shops in the commercial district! Please be aware that The Windjammer is a beachfront restaurant and bar next door to the condo building that will occasionally host outdoor concerts that you can enjoy (for FREE!) right from your private balcony! If you would like to know the concert schedule ahead of your stay, please visit The Windjammer's website for all updated details. This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!
Walk through the front door and you'll come across the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. First up is the fully equipped kitchen! Cook a big family meal after a day at the beach, or just enjoy being able to make your own healthy snacks. Stainless steel appliances make it effortless, plus a coffee maker for all the morning people out there! Granite countertops give you plenty of prep space, and there's four counter seats for sitting down and grabbing a quick bite, while the dining area offers seating for six. The living room offers up a plush sectional where you can relax any time of the day or night, with plenty of seating a large flat screen TV. The TV has cable access, so you can tune into your favorite shows, or just put on some background noise! There's also a DVD player if you'd like to have a movie night. The living area features sliding doors that let in lots of natural light and lead out to the generously sized patio that offers sweeping ocean views. With a six-seater outside dining set and an additional seating area, the patio is well-appointed for enjoying sunrises over the Atlantic, and everything in-between.
Inside, you'll find the three bedrooms. The first was designed with families in mind, featuring a set of bunk beds—plenty of space for the kids, plus the room has its own TV an en suite bathroom! The second room features a king bed, as well as an en suite bathroom and a TV! While all the bedrooms have luxurious touches, the master suite is the king of them all, furnished with a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, and private access to the oceanfront balcony. The master also features a spa-like en suite bathroom, with a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double sinks!
*Please Note: Absolutely No Pets or Golf Carts are permitted on the property. No Smoking inside the unit! Fines will be assessed. *The two-car limit is also strictly enforced.*
This home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. No exceptions! Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS, & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (10) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Great unit all around and the location is perfect. Easy walk to the beach for the 80 yr olds and live music next door for the twenty somethings and a pool mostly to ourselves for the 50 something to take the 1 yr old swimming! Clean and well stocked!

Very spacious! Comfortable beds and couches. Beautiful view from the deck. Deck was very spacious. Lots of seating. Kitchen well equipped. Apprecited the pool towels and toiletries. Nice washer and dryer. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Short walk to the beach with a nice ramp, instead of stairs.
This was just the perfect place for us.
The condo was exactly as it was presented online. There was more than enough seating for our group of 6, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a couple of very minor issues that the management company handled swiftly. The blankets on the bunkbeds didn't match the quality of the rest of the bedding and should be upgraded. We had a delightful 4-night stay!
We have stayed at Dunescape before. This condo was not appointed as well as others. Would rather not have to get out of the car at the gate to enter a code to get into the property. We wanted to rent a golf cart but were told they were not allowed even for owners. But there was a golf cart in the parking lot the whole time we were there.
It was as advertised and even had some extras in the kitchen which made meal prep very doable. Loved the location, walking distance to many restaurants, bars, coffee and ice cream shops! Of course being able to see and hear the beach is always enchanting!
We loved the location and the condo is beautiful. Plan to stay again the next time we head to Isle of Palms.

This property stood out for its cleanliness and the owner's attention to hospitality. You can tell the owner wants guests to feel welcome and comfortable. From labeling on the cabinets and light switches, extra supply of soft blankets, games, and a good supply of necessities like dishwasher and washing machine detergent, guests are well equipped for an enjoyable stay. It is important to be aware that there is a music venue/bar next door which plays loud music in the evenings, but they do quiet down at a reasonable hour.
This property was beautifully equipped and decorated. The ocean view was amazing and the location was within walking distance to most shops and restaurants! I would highly recommend.
The Condo is beautifully furnished with everything you need - even a pair of binoculars- for a delightful beach week. The kitchen is outfitted with ample cookware and serving dishes. The beds are quality and the view of the beach is spectacular! No complaints!
This unit is awesome! Exactly as it looks in the listing. We loved the location! Super convenient to several restaurants with kid-friendly options. 2 beach stores, a coffee shop, Ben & Jerry’s ice cream and many restaurants all in walking distance. The beach is beautiful and very clean. The weekend of July 4th the whole area was packed. Even so, the crowd was not a raucous one. It’s just overall a great place! We had kids from 1-15 years. My mom came with us and enjoyed her own master suite. We had plenty of room for the baby in the pack in play in our room. The walk to the beach is easy. The grounds are very well kept. The day after Elsa blew through, the pool was vacuumed and spotless. The grill was soaked & scrubbed the day after July 4. Live music next door is so nice but always done by 930pm. There were fireworks, but not all hours of the night. Amazing trip. We loved it!
We've stayed in the Dunescape condos multiple times and they're a favorite vacation spot. Location is great and units are roomy and comfortable. Dunescape 203 is very nice and well equipped and one of the best of the nine units. Will return.

This agreement will be sent after a reservation is made along with other helpful rental info for your stay. Cancellation Policy: Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.
Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
