About this property

This is a standalone building in a 1-story 10 unit complex, all surrounding a central pool. The front door opens directly to the pool. The ocean is directly across the street. With 3 beach accesses conveniently available.
The new wood look tile flooring will invite you in and the new couch will be the perfect place to rest at the end of a long day or to plan tomorrow's adventure. The kitchen is complete with full stove and refrigerator. There are also over 10 restaurants in walking distance.
Pool is heated in winter and chilled during summer.
This is the ideal unit for 2 people, but a 3rd could also stay on the couch. There is plenty of closet space. On site laundry is immediately adjecent through a side door. The beach offers the warm Florida water and the sun shines all year long. The beach also offers drink service from the hotel across the street for non-guests as well, so enjoy a cold cocktail while lying in the sand.

Great location. Super clean with everything you need. Nice common area and pool. Walk to restaurants beach and Sailfish Marina. Host Warren was responsive to all our needs.

Fantastic place in a prime location, a block from beach, shops, and restaurants . Warm pool with lots of seating around to enjoy the enclosed courtyard. Pink apartment so nicely designed, decorated, and appointed with everything you need. Would definitely go again, but stay longer!

We have upgraded all the units, providing an up to date modern place to vacation. The property is mostly year round residents, so enjoy mingling with some locals at the pool, which is heated during winter and chilled in the summer (a necessary feature in florida).
