The villa is located in Oletta in the beautiful NEBBIU region. 6 km away is Saint Florent and its very pretty marina wedged between the Corsican Cape and the Agriates desert, which will delight you with their Wild side. you will enjoy the magnificent beaches of Saleccia and Lotu, or beautiful hikes in Cape Corsica. This villa will delight you with its comfort and functionality. supermarket, bakery, tobacconist, bar, restaurant 3 kms away.
The JUWEN villa is composed of 2 beautiful bedrooms of 12 m² each equipped with a TV, 1 shower room, 1 WC, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 living room with very good quality convertible sofa. Outside you will find a beautiful 70m² terrace with a garden furniture for 8 people, a plancha, and 4 deckchairs. The pool is 6 mx3 m, it is heated from April to October.
