Secured gate access ensures your safety and privacy. Well-manicured grounds greet you throughout a newly renovated complex where you can enjoy the beautiful gardens, the pool, and the clubhouse. Ideal location in a nice, quiet neighborhood where you will find yourself within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, shops, piers, markets and pharmacies along fabulous South Ocean Boulevard (A1A). Downtown Fort Lauderdale and the Fort Lauderdale airport are just a short drive away.

The ground floor condo gives you a tranquil view of the pleasant gardens from the lanai. The open floor plan includes a full kitchen with modern appliances and everything you need when making your favorite meals. A large dining table lies between the living room and the kitchen. You will find the furnished living room to be cozy and comfortable, including a flat screen smart television with streaming apps utilizing the wireless internet provided. There is a sofa bed as well.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king sized bed, two dressers,flatscreen tv with a roku attached for streaming, mirrors, ceiling fan, and a large walk in closet. There is a master bathroom with a spacious shower. You will find a queen size bed in the guest room, along with a dresser, ceiling fan, and an additional closet. There is also an additional bathroom adjacent to the living area with a bath/shower. Linens, towels, and beach towels are provided.

At the complex, you can relax at the pool or in the sauna, hang out in the clubhouse, play shuffleboard, and even use any one of the three gas barbeque grills if you like to cook out. Laundry facilities are available on the second floor. When you decide to walk over to the beach, we have you covered with beach chairs,umbrellas, and a cooler to take with you to enjoy the fun and sun.

Two parking spaces are provided with one being right outside the front door.
