Secluded home nestled in the forest on 5 spacious acres among huge Ponderosa Pine trees. Plenty of entertainment for the entire family, and includes a beautiful deck and outdoor patio with a gas fire-pit , and a gas grill for entertaining all your guests. Dog friendly with a fully fenced yard able to contain medium sized dogs and larger. Elk and wildlife frequent the property and neighborhood, with plenty of hiking trails and a nearby stream/waterfall for the outdoor enthusiast. Great vacation home for individuals or families with kids, and can accommodate several families comfortably without tripping over one another. Enjoy all Flagstaff and the northern Arizona area has to offer as the south rim of the Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, Petrified forest, Sunset Crater, Lake Powell, and other Arizona highlights are all within a 2 hour drive from the property, making it the perfect stepping off point to explore these Arizona wonders. When you're on the property you'll feel as though you're deep in the woods, but the property is just 10 minutes from the Flagstaff Mall, Harkins movie theaters, and other east-side Flagstaff restaurants and just 15 Miles to Arizona Snowbowl Ski Resort and Northern Arizona University. The home has 3,600 total Sq. Feet - 1,800 up top with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, and the basement has an additional 1,800 Sq. ft and is the perfect retreat for the kids. The Basement Rec room has a Foosball table, Big Screen TV, Electronic darts and plug-ins for streaming devices or video gaming systems to keep everyone entertained. The basement also contains the 4th bedroom, which, with its queen sized bed and Twin/Full bunk beds is perfect for a small family.

Ceiling Fans are located throughout the home and additional stand fans and portable A/C units are available as needed.

We had a wonderful stay. Booking and communication with the owner was very easy and pleasant. Plenty of space, beds, extra blankets and pillows. Very pet friendly. Plenty of games and outdoor space with firepit. Would definitely stay again.

Spring Break

Property was perfect for a couple of families wanting to escape the Phoenix-area heat for a relaxing spring break. Large property meant no neighbors right next door. Good location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but not too far for a drive into town for a meal. House had all of the amenities we were looking for and the owner communicated well. We will likely be back in the future.

We loved our stay!

The property was exactly how it was in the pictures. Location was quiet with lots of space to enjoy the outdoors. We have two boys who enjoyed running around exploring. We have a little trouble with our rental van getting stuck in the snow and Mike was so great to get us the help we needed. He was so responsive leading up to our stay as well. The house was clean, cozy, and had so many things to keep us entertained. We loved our stay!

This place is awesome. Mike is amazing and very accommodating. We couldn't show up until around midnight. Check in was incredibly easy. The house was fun, clean, and just a fantastic location. We will be back!

Great place for a big family with kids

Loved the backyard!! It was great that they had so many fun activities for the kids! We had a family ping pong tournament and corn hole games! Absolutely beautiful at night with all the lights on outside! Thank you guys!!

Great Property in Flagstaff!

This property was great, it easily fit a family of seven. It was clean and had plenty of seating. Our dog loved the huge fenced in yard to run around. The house was far enough away to enjoy the pines but easy access to stores and restaurants. Close to a lot of hiking trails.

Pines, Mountains and Family

What more could you ask for than beautiful pines ans a view of a mountain that was shining orange in the morning sun. A great space for family togetherness, close to Grand Canyon and Sedona. We had an amazing time and the owner was so hospitable and ready to answer questions and issues we may have had it was so Wonderful and such a great memory for our family

The perfect getaway!

Such a great location away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to anything and everything! Really such a great place. Super comfortable and well thought out by the owners. With 4 adults, a toddler and some pups I was prepared for a difficult-to-manage weekend. But thankfully, this house made all the difference! Mike was super easy to reach, though we had no difficulties to need assistance with. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Awesome week in Flagstaff

This home worked so well for our family and a couple extra friends of the kids. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and the property had a large lot to explore. It was a great location for a trip to the Grand Canyon and other fun activities in Flagstaff. We all really enjoyed the Extreme Obstacle Course at Fort Tuthill and even had one of the teenagers complete the course. Also kayaking on Lake Mary and the Laser Tag and Ax Throwing venue were a hit for everyone. Just hanging out on the spacious back deck was a relaxing way to begin and end our day. Highly recommend this rental for your next trip to Flagstaff.

Amazing cabin with tons of amenities and great communication!

My family and I, along with our friends had a wonderful stay at this cabin. The owner was very communicative which made the check in process super easy. Upon arrival, we could tell the entire cabin was incredibly clean and all amenities had been replenished. We were traveling with 5 kids ages 8 months to 7 years, and the entire place was child proof, making it easy to relax a bit without worrying about the kids getting into trouble or getting hurt. They had plenty of games and fun things to keep them busy, and the yard was plenty big for us to go out and play in the snow. If you're looking for a Flagstaff getaway, look no further than this cabin. We will definitely be back!

Graduation Weekend May 24

Reserved the property months ago so that we could have a place large enough to have multiple family members present for our daughter’s NAU commencement. The property itself is absolutely amazing! I had excellent communication with the property manager from beginning to end. It was our first time using VRBO and it was a great experience. The directions to the house were exact, the check in process was super easy. It’s just far enough out of town, but still close enough for everything. We found everything to be in working order, and there was nothing we didn’t have that we needed. The manager checked on us the first day via text to make sure all was well. This house is older, but has great charm, and feels like “home”. We would use this property again!

Amazing place!

When our Disney trip was canceled due to COVID-19, we decided we needed find another way to celebrate our daughter’s 6th birthday. We decided on Flagstaff so we could get out of the heat, and that’s when we found this wonderful property. Since my mom’s and brother’s birthdays were the same week, we brought everyone along. Six adults, one kid, and our dogs—more than enough room for everyone! We’ve stayed in enough vacation rentals to know that even though a listing may have a 5-star rating for cleanliness, it may not actually be very clean. In fact, we usually spend the first 1-2 hours of our stay re-cleaning a place: cleaning grime off high-touch areas, cleaning the floors so the bottom of our socks don’t get turn dark brown, etc. This place? It smelled clean when we walked in—and not a “the cleaning crew wiped things down with Pine-Sol and left right before we walked in” type of smell. This house was clean! We wiped a wet paper towel on the kitchen floor and nothing came up! We were so excited that we didn’t have to mop the floors in order to feel comfortable walking on them! Seriously, I never felt grossed out by touching anything in this house. Oh, and I’m not a germaphobe, I just like things clean. This house deserves its five-star cleanliness rating! This house is also very well-maintained. Everything was in great condition and functioned properly. We did have a little difficulty with the dishwasher, but we discovered that if we ran it on “auto” rather than “normal” it behaved perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were comfy and the water pressure was great. The dogs and the kid loved exploring the fenced-in acreage, and all were sufficiently tired at the end of each day. My husband and daughter put up a tent for one night so she could go on her first “camping trip.” The internet and cell phone signals were able to handle three adults working and doing zoom meetings all day. There was a very useful binder that included everything we needed to know during our stay. Mike texted me to see how everything was for us and would respond quickly to any inquiries I had. He is also very, very nice, and I was never made to feel like I was a bother when I asked for help identifying the type of wildlife droppings my dogs were so enamored with. So, yes, I enthusiastically recommend this property if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, quiet, fun place to stay in Flagstaff!

This well appointed home is tucked away in the pines. We could really see the stars during our visit! The 5 fenced acre acres was really fun for our collie to hang out in. The neighborhood is quiet and the location of the home is excellent relative to restaurants, hiking trails, shopping, etc. Communication was always prompt and helpful. We highly recommend!
