About this property

Gulf Access Waterfront Large One or Two Bedroom In Law Suite

Waterfront gulf access one queen bedroom in-law suite [ two Queen bedrooms upon request for additional charge] attached to but not in my home. I live on the right hand side. Suite is on the left. There are no shared spaces.) close to all the fun restaurants, beaches, bars, shopping and medical! Private lanai and boat tie up if you choose to rent a boat. Watch the boats, manatees and dolphins sail by on the dock. Catch mullet, catfish and snapper for dinner! There is a washer/dryer, microwave, griddle, crockpot, electric skillet, webber charcoal grill...everything to cook but a stove. Full shower with tub. Second refrigerator in garage. Coffee maker, beach chairs, coolers and some fishing gear. If you want both bedrooms there is an extra charge. Please read rules tab within this property listing.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave wet items hung up in bathroom.
No need to strip or make the bed. Wash dishes and used cooking appliances.
Place any dry extra used items in hamper in closet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There will be an additional cleaning fee for extended stays. No smoking even on the lanai. Pets must be crated while guests are out of the unit.
No over night guests not on reservation. There is an extra charge for more than 2 guests $25 per night per person and an additional $50 cleaning fee.
Fee to dock boat $50 per night and fee to park trailer $25 per night.

Brandi was an excellent host!. Her place was very clean and comfortable with nice amenities. She had many appliances for cooking just about anything you want. The screened-in Linai was so nice to enjoy, great views from on the water. We saw manatee swim by! Quiet neighborhood, walkable or bikeable. Highly recommend her place!

We loved this canal home! Enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching boats pass. The house was just as pictured, extremely clean, and had everything we needed for a long weekend.
