This guesthouse is located in Tamuning Guam and is the perfect location. Just minutes away from some of the islands most beautiful beaches, fine dining and great activities for all ages. Also just two minutes away from Guam Premium Outlets and delicious restaurants.
The property is gated all around to ensure a safe stay.

There are two bedrooms, with beds, drawers, & clothing racks, perfect for hanging your wardrobe. Towels, toilet paper and shampoos are also provided upon arrival.

Repeat stay

I have stayed at "Pedro's Villa" a few times now. It's a great 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen & living room. There are 4 units - same layout but different furniture in each unit. 2 upstairs/2 downstairs. Washer/dryer behind unit #1. Quick drive to the "tourist" area and park with beautiful beach. It is a great place to stay that is more comfortable with more room & amenities than the hotels offer. It is a great place for me = as I travel for work - so nice to have kitchen to cook & not rely on take out for 3 meals a day.

This is a really beautiful unit - "The guest house." I travel for business - so I stay with this owner on a regular basis. She has multiple properties - so if this one is not available - contact them to see if another one of their properties is available that may fit your needs. This one is 2 bedroom, 1 bath with kitchen, living area & dining. I love this owner's properties since I travel on a regular basis for work. I can go to grocery store - cook & have a "home" type atmosphere & home cooked food verses take out. The property host "Queen" came by to introduce herself. Queen stated she recognized my name as a frequent guest & wanted to introduce herself & make sure there was not anything I needed. Queen has shifted from working PT to FT for property owner. Wow - talk about going out of your way for customer service - you don't see that much anymore. Guest need to keep in mind it's a vacation rental not a hotel - so bring basic supplies - paper towels, TP, shampoo, hand soap, coffee, coffee filters, sugar, salt pepper etc = things you know you will need. The "basics" are rather expensive on island. I always leave stuff behind to pay forward for the next guest but usually return and "nothing" I left behind is there. Property is roomier, and much nicer than alot of the hotel rooms ....

Disappointing Vacation

Listing stated pool; it did not state we only had access to backyard, ocean view and pool when there were no tenants in main house. The main house was rented all but 2 nights. As a result, we only got to access backyard and pool 2 nights during our stay. As a result, we checked out of unit 11 days earlier. We rented this based on listing of pool. The unit also did not have a dishwasher or blender as listed on VRBO.
