A very bright 25 m² studio, ideal for a couple. Located in the heart of the village and just steps away from all amenities. <br>This studio is laid out as follows:<br>- An entryway separated by a vestibule with a large storage closet leading to the main room and the bathroom. <br>- A main room consisting of a fully equipped and functional kitchen that opens onto the living room/bedroom. <br>- A bathroom with a shower stall, sink, and toilet. <br><br>Our studio is located on the 1st floor.<br>It is convenient and very functional, offering a lovely living space with a living room that doubles as a bedroom thanks to its sofa bed facing a flat-screen TV and its fully equipped kitchen.<br>The window overlooks the Tourist Office as well as the various shops in our typical Aveyron village.. <br><br>Location: <br>- At the bottom of the building is a small square that’s a dead-end street; you can park briefly to unload all your belongings and luggage right in front of our front door, which is very convenient.<br>- The apartment also enjoys a prime location near shops and all amenities: a bakery and pastry shop, a butcher and deli, a fish market, convenience stores, tobacco and newsstand, chemist and variety store, restaurants and bars, as well as the tourist office, which is less than 20 metres away...<br>- Whether on foot, by bike, or by car, the location right in the heart of the village makes everything easily and quickly accessible.<br>Numerous parking spaces are available within 100 metres.<br>- This apartment is located in the heart of the picturesque village of Saint-Jean-de-Bruel, between the Causses du Larzac and the Cévennes.<br> It opens directly onto the central square, giving it a prime location with a breathtaking view of the Saint-Jean-Baptiste parish church, its forecourt, and its octagonal bell tower, as well as the magnificent market halls built of cut stone with their chestnut wood roof trusses and beams.<br><br>Tourism: <br>- A tourist information desk is located on the 2nd floor, where you’ll find various brochures provided by the regional tourist office, as well as numerous maps of walks and hikes provided by the St. Jean du Bruel hiking association (L’Escapade).<br>- La Noria, the museum, or the “Maison de l’Eau,” is less than a two-minute walk from the accommodation.<br>- A swimming area developed by the municipality on the river is available for swimming in the clear, fast-flowing waters of the Dourbie. This exceptional river is classified as a Category 1 waterway (rich in trout) and has its source in the Mont Aigoual massif.<br>- Marked trails and short hiking paths starting from the village allow you to explore the region.<br>- Located between the Causses and the foothills of the Cévennes, Saint-Jean-du-Bruel offers a wide range of outdoor activities that allow you to discover exceptional and highly diverse natural sites. Activities for everyone—young and old, families, individuals, or groups—in the village and the surrounding area.<br><br>Important to know:<br>- Bed linens and towels are not included in the listed rate. Please bring your own bed sheets and bath towels.<br>However, we can provide this optional service and offer them for rent on-site at a rate of 10 € per bed per stay.<br>Single bed: 1 set + 1 bath towel.<br>Double bed: 1 set + 2 bath towels.<br><br>- Cleaning is not included in the listed rate. That’s why we give you the option to clean the apartment yourself. To do so, all cleaning supplies are available in our apartments, along with a broom, dustpan, mop, and bucket, as well as 3 sponges—1 for dishes, one for the bathroom, and one for the toilet.<br>However, if you do not wish to clean the apartment yourself, we can provide this optional service for a fee of 40 €.<br><br>- Bachelor/hen nights and other similar celebrations are prohibited at this property.
