Our stay at Villa Gaspar was exceptional. The house is beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures, everything is in great shape, and it's fully equipped with everything you might need, in the kitchen, rooms, bathrooms and more. The hosts communication and overall process was very smooth and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Villa Gasper is a lovely villa made like a home from home with the quality of the furnishings, abundant of pool towels and good quality bathrooms towels, all you need re: bin bags, toilet rolls etc. A nice touch of Molten Brown products in the bathrooms.It made such a difference having all things provided . Lots of games to use. Washing machine and dryer and even a pushchair to use in the basement. They seem to have thought of everything that you need on a holiday. It really is a home from home. The villa is very well cared for by the owners with an added bonus of a cleaner halfway through the week. It has amazing views from the pool area and the bedrooms overlooking the bay at Santa Ponça. Very close by car to a big Erosi supermarket and local bakeryJust a few things that we noticed:It is a very long way to walk to the centre and uphill on the way back you do need a car especially with children It would have been nice to have fresh towels when the cleaners came in the middle of the weekA bigger outdoor space would have been nice for the children but they do have a wonderful solar heated pool to keep them occupied.I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who likes quality and it meets my high standard. Villa Gaspar felt very comfortable as our home base during our holiday in Palma

The agreement with the owner was executed correctly. All instructions were very clear. The accommodation was luxureous, very clean and well kept. The beds in every room were very comfortable. The sun terrace on the second floor was very comfortable and was used a lot. The wifi was always up and running over the complete premesis. Almost every room provides a magnificent view over the Bay of Santa Ponsa. The neighbourhood itselve is really high class and very quiet.The immediate surroundings provide high quality supermarkets, bakeries and butchers. We loved the strategic location regarding the distance to the city of Palma (less than 20 min driving) with its historic center, shopping area, marina, restaurants, etc. at one hand and at the other hand pittoresque villages (e.g. Andratx) in the area. There are several fantastic Marinas wihtin 10 min where all kinds of boats can be rented. The immediate surroundings provide several beaches. Having a car or motorcycle at your disposal is preferable. There is amusement for every age wihin the neighbourhood. In the villa we found information regarding the location. I would definitely recommend this property to friends.

Our stay at the gaspar-villa

We had a very good time at the villa. At the arrival, everything was really tidy and clean. The kitchen was well equiped and there were very comfortable beds and bathrooms. The oudside was very nice: the pool, the outdoor beds, the patio, ... And last but nog least... A very beautiful view on the bay of Santa Ponsa!

Absolutely beautiful Villa Five stars for sure!!

My wife and I loved the villa and only we wished we had more time to relax and enjoy the island. The inside of the villa was very open, comfortable and nicely decorated. The patio areas are inviting, with a great pool and many seating areas. The grounds are lush and obviously professionally maintained. We had a rental car and explored the island; from the far side of the island and it's interesting terrain to the downtown area for shopping, great dining and exploring. Our questions about what to do and where to go where addressed both before we arrived and when our host met at us the property. If you need a great place to relax this is the place! Also with all the space this would be a wonderful vacation spot for families with children of all ages. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

We found Villa Gaspar while searching for something more than a holiday home. With two children and two full calendars, life had a way of filling every hour. What we really needed was a place to pause, breathe, and simply be together.

Mallorca gave us that feeling before we had even unpacked. Just a short drive from the harbour lights and restaurant terraces of Palma, the road begins to climb through pine trees and quiet countryside. That contrast, the energy of the city within easy reach and the calm of nature just beyond the door, is what made us stay. It is still what brings us back.

We wanted our children to have a place where nothing had to be scheduled. Villa Gaspar became our family’s answer to a life that had become too full.

When we are not here ourselves, we welcome guests with the same care we would offer friends, hoping Villa Gaspar gives them what it has always given us: space to slow down, reconnect, and breathe.
