Old renovated farmhouse, independent located at the entrance of a hamlet so very quiet.
Located only 1 hour and 15 minutes from Toulouse between Albi and Rodez (10 km from the expressway), it allows you to explore West Aveyron and Ségala.
Completely redone and refurbished, the rental is scheduled to open in May 2020. Central heating in winter and wood stove in the main room. Private swimming pool in the farmhouse courtyard at the cottage in summer. Holiday rental under 4 * certification, planned for 15 people. The cottage allows the reception of a group of friends, hikers, or an extended family. It is open for rental all year round, summer weekdays from Saturday to Saturday, the rest of the year on request.
Large cottage of 300 m2, 6 bedrooms (including 2 with private bathroom), 2 shared bathrooms, 3 WCs.
The main room is 75m² with a large lounge area, a large table and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, 2 dishwashers, American fridge, fan oven, etc.)
Enclosed garden at the front, large courtyard at the back with a 120m² terrace covered by a covered courtyard for your outdoor banquets. Table tennis table, outdoor games, multimedia equipment (TV console, dvd player), wifi, barbecue, large parking. The rental starts from € 600 for weekends with prices varying according to the season.
