The Ilikai building has begun a major exterior improvement project, including spalling repairs and full exterior painting, carried out by a licensed contractor. This is a large-scale project for the entire building and is expected to take approximately 1.5 to 2 years to complete.
Project Timeline for This Unit: February 2026 – April 2026
Work Hours:
Construction work is generally limited to 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM in accordance with building rules. However, if there are weather-related delays, contractors may begin work as early as 8:00 AM on certain days to stay on schedule. During work hours, there may be increased noise and dust in the surrounding area.
Lanai Access:
Please note that the lanai will be inaccessible during this period due to scaffolding and safety requirements.
Privacy Notice:
For your privacy and comfort, we recommend keeping the curtains closed during work hours, as workers may be present on or near the lanai.

Stunning view of Ala Wai Boat Harbor and Magic Island Lagoon can be view from this unit.
***** Although legally this is1-bedroom units, all Ilikai units are either studio units or 2-bedroom units. This 1-bedroom units do not have a separation wall between the bed area and living area. *******

- NO beach goods such as beach towels, beach chairs, or beach parasols are provided. They can be purchased/ rented from a 3rd party company. Please research and rent items at your responsibility.
